When paired with the Lux TQX Smart Thermostat, the Remote Sensor is able to improve comfort in occupied rooms and reduce costs by gathering data for the schedule learning algorithm. The Remote Sensor is also a Zigbee 3.0 certified occupancy sensor which can be paired directly with compatible Zigbee co-ordinator hubs.
