Love the knob
Excellent product/ pretty thorough instruction booklet/ I have two units and they are relatively easy to program and operate from your smartphone/ typical situation with the internet initially and with the smartphone pairing, some slight glitches but powered them / I love the knob and being able to turn it like a volume control/ my only complaint is no one answering the phone or returning my calls from their hotline/ also the device works without a “c” wire but you have to rob the green wire which controls your fan and use it for a”c” wire / only function lost is the ability to control your fan separately/ something I rarely do anyway/ very happy with these!
