Ursprünglich hatte ich diese Kamera nur mit einem Stern bewertet, da sie bereits nach fünf Wochen kaputtging und das ausgerechnet einen Tag vor einem wichtigen Interview, für das ich sie überhaupt erst gekauft hatte. Der Frust war entsprechend groß, zumal eine Rückabwicklung über Amazon zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr möglich war.Ich habe die Link2 also zur Reparatur eingeschickt. Dabei stellte sich heraus, dass das Motherboard defekt war. Offenbar hatte ich einfach Pech und ein Montagsgerät erwischt. Der Kundensupport war aber wirklich sehr bemüht und hat mich regelmäßig über den Stand der Dinge informiert. Zwar hat es rund zwei Wochen gedauert, bis ich schließlich eine neue Kamera bekommen habe, aber man hat sich unaufgefordert entschuldigt und mir als kleine Wiedergutmachung sogar separat zwei sehr nützliche Goodies zugeschickt. Das fand ich wirklich aufmerksam und alles andere als selbstverständlich.Natürlich ist nicht alles perfekt gelaufen, aber die Kommunikation war ehrlich und freundlich, und man hat gemerkt, dass es dem Support wichtig war, die Sache ordentlich zu lösen. Damit hat mich die Firma letztlich wirklich überzeugt.Zur Kamera selbst wurde hier ja schon viel geschrieben, und dem kann ich mich nur anschließen: Die Bildqualität ist hervorragend, das Motion Tracking funktioniert beeindruckend gut, und jeder, mit dem ich bisher Videocalls hatte, war begeistert. Mehrfach wurde ich auf die Qualität angesprochen. Und das völlig zurecht!Nach den anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten bin ich jetzt voll und ganz zufrieden und kann die Link2 wirklich weiterempfehlen.
