EcoFlow NextGen 220W Solar Panel: An Amazing Sun Catcher
As a Hawaii-based outdoor enthusiast, I’m impressed with the EcoFlow 220W Portable Solar Panel. Its portability and durability make it perfect for beach trips and camping adventures. The panel’s performance is outstanding. On a sunny Hawaiian day at 12:05 PM, I recorded a peak input of 206 W – that’s 93.6% of its rated capacity! This efficiency translates to faster charging times for my devices and power stations.Setup is easy with adjustable kickstands, and the panel is compatible with various devices. While it’s pricier than some alternatives, the build quality and performance justify the cost. For those serious about portable solar power, the EcoFlow 220W panel is an excellent choice. It’s become an essential part of my outdoor kit, consistently delivering reliable energy under the Hawaiian sun.

Good, but could improve.
Good quality. It works great, and i like the angle guide. Ecoflow makes great products. I do have a couple minor dislikes though. First, the stands: they are held in by elastic straps with a little too much force. It adds strength, however it also makes it a little difficult to set up unless you have a helper. Every time you get a second leg set, the first snaps back in. Maybe it will wear in?Second thing, it came with foam between the panels. I feel like you have to keep it to put it back in when you fold it back up, or the panels rub. Not a huge deal, but it should be designed better. Who wants to keep packaging just to stop the risk of damage to the panels when you fold them back up? Just a pain, especially for the price. Good panels, good company, design is lacking of ease of use. Honest opinion: 4.2 stars.

My favorite portable solar panel
This EF Ecoflow 220 Watt solar panel is easy to set up and use and enjoys very high conversion efficiency. It is so easy to use that I use it more than any of my other portable solar panels, and I love how it works with my various power stations. I can and do take it anywhere with ease. I find it consistently delivers high wattage output compared to other similarly rated solar panels. I would recommend these to anyone with confidence.

Work better than I expected!
I agonized over which panels for our camper. I wanted something affordable but quality and something that would be powerful enough. These fit the bill! They are decently light (comparatively), a good size for us when folded, and have an adjustable stand. The little angle reader thing on the panel that lets you know when you have them ideally angled is the best. I can see from the input rating on my battery that the angle of the panel makes a big difference on how many watts you have coming in. I really couldn’t be happier with these. Also, when conditions are ideal these really pull in the watts. We have a small truck camper and use them on the Goal Zero 1500x. So far so good!

If Ecoflow had better customer service I’d give them 4 stars maybe even 5. That’s how bad it is.
These charged my EF ECOFLOW Portable Power Station DELTA Max 2000 faster than the EF Ecoflow 160 watt portable solar panels did. But it still took about 10 hours to charge. The reason for the 1 star is because of the service I received or I should say didn’t receive after the sale. If you register your purchase on their website they will give you Ecocredits BUT you can only use these credits towards another purchase of one of their products AND they only last a year before they go poof and are gone forever. Trying to get help after the sale is like trying to nail jelly to a tree. It’s not worth the frustration or the aggravation. To spend this kind of coin on a product only to get the run around when one needs help just ruins the experience.

Functional, but poorly designed and overpriced
The Ecoflow 220 Watt Portable Solar Panel does charge my Ecoflow Delta 2 power unit but it almost isn’t worth the hassle. The biggest issue is the poor mechanical design. The panel is indeed portable and folds up. The problem is that it doesn’t stay unfolded, and it doesn’t stay positioned. There is nothing to keep the panel sections horizontal to each other and they tend to fold inward. The feet to position the panel are almost useless. They barely manage to resist the weight of the panel itself, and have rather weak elastic straps to keep the feet from folding under the panel. A bump from a small animal, uneven ground, or wind can move the sections of the panel or make the whole thing collapse to the ground. This “portable” panel also has no provision for better mounting or a better stand. A few dollars worth of extra plastic or metal and some mechanical engineering could have avoided the problems. If you plan to use solar often, this panel is a waste of money. Buy some other panel, and buy the necessary stand or mounting hardware. For infrequent use, it is tolerable, but probably overpriced considering the poor design.

Muy buen panel. Lo único malo es que no siempre llegas ni a los 200 W por temas del sol quizás.
