Outstanding Customer Support and a Solid, Well-Built Product
I received it as a gift from a friend. While assembling it, I realized that two parts were missing. I contacted the support team, and the Regional Operations Manager replied immediately and assured me they would send the spare parts. They delivered them within just two days, from Taiwan to the U.S.!That wasn’t the end of it. Later, I noticed an issue with another part that I hadn’t caught initially. When I contacted them again, they didn’t hesitate to send that part as well. Shipping parts twice from Taiwan to the U.S. must have been costly, so I truly appreciate their dedication and excellent support.As for the product itself, it’s really nice – strong, sturdy, and well built.

Absolute garbage. Do not buy.
The product is of such low quality. It cannot be assembled. None of the threads lineup and the main pole cannot even be mounted to the base. Parts are missing and many are in unlabeled bags.Update. Seller has drug me along through an email chain and is wanting to bill me for the missing parts. I had to spend my time grinding down threads with a dremel to get it to fit together. I would recommend just buying Vizio products and avoiding this company at all costs..

Excellent addition to my set up
I’ve been using this one for a little over a month now and I can say I am very happy with the job its doing. Lets start with the building process, I have to admit I was at the point of giving up with this because it definitely wasn’t easy to install by myself. That said, the quality is great and when I requested it I didn’t even notice it came with USB-C and USB-A ports which was a pleasant surprise because I can now use it to charge my cellphone, headphones or my iPads while I work. The range of motion is great, I was able to rearrange my set up without any trouble. I do have to say that the laptop stand isn’t my favorite. There is not a way to properly set it where I feel it would do a better job.For now, It is an amazing addition to my standing desk and It definitely freed up some space to be able to put other necessities. I strongly recommend this one.
