Why can’t I get full 100W to charge or it charges my laptop slowly as I even only use one USB-C port?
An USB-C to C cable with 5A E-marker chip is needed if your laptop needs 60W plus to get fully charged. Because an ordinary USB C cable we usually used only support about 60W max transiton which cannot provide enough juice to your laptop.
Why doesn’t the charger give constant power supply to all connected devices when I plug or unplug a device from it?
Because the output will be re-apportioned when you add or remove a device from the charger. The charging will be restarted. The power allocation distribution depends on the devices that have been connected and charging ports which have been occupied.
Does this charger support full charging speed to charge my Samsung Galaxy S20?

Wouldn’t purchase again
This charger was a good idea. But overtime proved to be less than adequate. After about three months, the USB-C connectors stopped working, and now the unit will not power on. In all fairness, it seems the USB-C connectors may have been damage by pushing the cord in and out too rough. But, I don’t consider it outside of every day use. As of right now, when you plug it in, you don’t get an indicator light and neither the 2 USB connectors or the USB-C connectors will charge. It would probably be OK if it was just kept on a desk and not moved. But if you were taking it with you traveling, I don’t think it’s the best choice. Just my opinion.

Excellent for travel and reducing clutter…
I’m pleased with this charger’s 100 watts and four USB power ports. The two USB-C ports can both put out 100 watts, though not at the same time. I also like the really small dimensions of this charger.In looking at chargers and using them, I’m probably not as concerned about fast charging as some people are. I’ve got the latest and greatest Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, and it is capable of both fast and really fast charging, but I never know if it’s working or not, so I ignore it and just stick the phone on my Samsung dual wireless charger.What I’m more concerned about are two other things: clutter and safety.Clutter:This charger is great at reducing clutter. I took three different power adapters out of my chairside power strip when I plugged this in. And when I get a USB-C power capable computer, I’ll remove another adapter with this charger’s ability to output 100 watts.I’m able to charge my phone on the Samsung wireless charging pad (many chargers won’t work with it) along with my iPad Air 4 at the same time. This charger’s 100 watts are divided between all the things you charge, so you can’t get full power for your laptop and fast charge your phone and iPad at the same time with this, but you can charge a 65 watt laptop, a phone and an iPad at the same time. Your speed will not be fast, but the clutter will go way down.Safety:I’ve had a charger melt and damage a computer before, so I’m leery of off-brand chargers. But I’m giving this a shot. I’ll report back if something bad happens. I don’t anticipate anything bad happening, but you never know.

Product is good until it dies and you have to deal with support
I had this and it worked fine for about 9 months. After that there was an issue where the charger doesn’t charge anymore (the light would normally stay on but then it started blinking and now a month after the problem initially started the charging light doesn’t even power on) I tested with multiple cables and tested those cables with different chargers and they worked fine so I narrowed it down to the problem being with the charger.I put in a support request to Hyphen-X and the response rate has been excruciatingly slow at times and they required I send in a video of it not working. I sent in a video of it not working and they said that a picture of the charger being plugged in, with a USB cord charging my phone, and the light not being on, was not sufficient as I wasn’t showing the device not charging (my phone that I was using to record the video).So I re-record the video with another device so I can still use my phone to record it and I attempt to send another video. I have about 10 different emails sending the video, trying a variety of different solutions like file upload services, YouTube, and sending it as an attachment, and it either gets filtered by their email spam system or they tell me they have not received it. Even though my email client shows it was sent and there was no email from their spam system saying it was blocked. Even though somehow the previous video that wasn’t good enough was sent.Due to the amount of time and effort I spent trying to deal with support on this, and the limited amount of time and use the charger actually lasted (I didn’t use this at home, I would only use it when I travel), I cannot recommend buying this. Especially when I just recently bought a $30 112W USB-C charger from Best Buy the other day that came with a USB-C cable. There are definitely better products from brands with better customer support out there.
