No screw! Not for children under 8
Not Safe for children under 8 yrs old; the battery compartment does not have a screw to keep it from opening. Only the black ones had a screw?? Otherwise works as expected, good quality writing doodle pad with rainbow effect font color. Back has lock function to ‘keep’ note; erase/trash clears entire board. Includes writing ‘pen’ and cord to attach pen to board. Returned due to no screws on pink, white – was intended as gifts for 5-6 yr olds who cant be trusted! Better safe than possibly X. Durable, light weight, easy to use with or without pen/stylus
