Paired these with a lepai Bluetooth outdoor/marine amp thing on my little boat. Plenty loud for music while you fish. Not gonna thump or overpower someone else on a sandbar but I’m not trying to do that

For our Swim Spa
Bought these to replace the cheap stock speakers for our swim spa. Install was a bear, had to enlarge the holes. The wall is a good 1 inch thick. But, got ‘er done! Sound is amazing for the price. Could not be happier.

Sound OK, but build quality is as you’d expect for the price.
These sound great for 4″ speakers, but there are some shortcomings. The “Anti-UV” does not hold up. Mine have severely yellowed in 4 years of use. The plastic grilles are a little weak and a couple of the bands going across have broken. Last shortcoming is that the fasteners supplied with the speakers are NOT stainless and will corrode/rust with normal exposure. I’ll likely keep mine until they fail or discolor some more, but I’ve gotta get some new mounting screws.

Mounted solidly in cockpit holes in fibreglass they sound fine. Good bass, no distortion with good source. Mounted the grills at 45 degrees as they are bendy and dropped objects would catch the grill and cause damage. Good for the money. Not tested the water resilience yet.
