Final Update: I received my new keyboard and it is AMAZING!! Thank you so much!!UPDATE: I received a response, they attempted to help me but my product is defective. They are sending me a replacement keyboard and I am excited! I will continue to update my journey!!I love the look of this keyboard, but it will not connect to my iPad via Bluetooth. I have reached out to the manufacturer with no response.

I love the keyboard and how it matches with my iPad. It connected right away and it’s very durable. It’s a hard case so that’s a plus. I would’ve given 5 stars if I knew how to change the back light of the keyboard. For now it just stays red

Flimsy, Awkward and Broke in 9 Months
Bought this in March of this year. Within 9 months, the anti-slip pads came off, the iPad cover screen cracked, and some of the keys have just stopped responding.The product was always awkward. Because of the cases ability to swivel and change from a laptop to a tablet style, changing the style has always been difficult. The case just fights you. Also the screen cover was flimsy from the get go. Given both of these issues, I knew it was just a matter of time before it broke.I’d bought the protection plan because this was for my 8-year old. Figured just in case she dropped it etc. This is the only reason I didn’t return the item initially (given the above). However, this product should not have this many problems within 9 months of purchase.I would NOT buy again and suggest anyone that does buy this case, also invests in the extended warranty plan.

This case and keyboard combo for iPads offers a mix of impressive features and some frustrating drawbacks. The pencil holder frequently detaches, which can be inconvenient. Despite this, the combo is one of the better options available, with a tactile feel and no loud noises. The binding process is straightforward, and the keyboard is reliable and easy to use. The backlit keyboard is beneficial for typing in low light, and the swiveling screen is well-designed, offering stability and a satisfying click. The availability of multiple colors adds a fun element. While the overall protection is excellent, the clear plastic is prone to visible scratches, especially when illuminated. The keyboard’s battery life is impressive, lasting days or even weeks, and a small window displays battery status and additional information. Although slightly overpriced, the combo is functional and worthwhile, with the pencil holder and scratch visibility being the main drawbacks preventing a higher rating.

side touch button too small for an iPad 13
The touch opening on the upper left side was much too small for my iPad 13” and I could not use the finger touch button forcing me to type my code every time I turned it on. I am returning this device.
