My best purchase yet
I was really hesitant to buy a refurbished laptop because I was afraid something would be wrong with it. I was pleasantly surprised with my Chromebook. It definitely exceeds my expectations. Everything works on it, it boots up quickly, it has a lot of space, it looks brand new with no visible marks on it, and it is an insanely great price. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. This purchase has given me the confidence to purchase other items from Amazon Renewed, and I can’t wait to get my new phone from there.

Even Lowered Expectations will go Unmet
I got this with low expectations; but hoping it would at least last for at least a year. It will barely work even while plugged in at this point and its only been a few months. I don’t even try unplugged anymore. Don’t bother.

Functional and Budget friendly
This Chromebook is absolutely functional. I love the 11 inch size of the laptop. One problem I have is that the battery heats up when the device is on my lap. I solved this issue by placing the Chromebook on aTray table (desk) and because there are rubber feet on the bottom there is enough air flow to keep the battery cool. This is an issue with the make of the device, the only issue I’ve had with the renewed factor was they sent a charger that did not work with the laptop. the company was friendly and respectful and gave me enough of a refund to purchase a new charger. I started this review by stating this laptop is functional and not exceptional. the display is good not great, the speakers work well not great, and the “lap” top cant sit on your lap to long because of the battery heating up. But i gave it four stars because you can’t beat the price on a Chromebook good till 2029, and the durability of this specific model is supposed to be good because it is made for students who are known to be rough on laptops. Also I have had no issues with speed of web browsing or file downloads. I connected it to my Wifi and after a semi brief set of updates i was ready to go. after playing with it for a day or so i have determined that this little Chromebook will serve me well for the next few years until i can afford to purchase a better laptop.

Nice Computer for a 2nd Grader
Times have changed since I was a kid and now a lot of schoolwork is being done on the computer (especially for very young kids). I wanted to find a computer that wasn’t too expensive (as my 2nd grader is still learning responsibilities and taking care of our things). This computer was exactly what I was looking for. I was worried about understanding the operating system as I am use to windows, but it was very easy to use. My son loves it and is excited that he can do some of his school games at home. It’s very sturdy and I feel it should last him long enough until he needs a computer with more features.

Outdated/4gbMemory
The Chromebook worked great as it should only thing I had a problem with it is an outdated and had only 4gb of RAM memory which only allowed you to download 1 application at a time. Which means you would have to uninstall the application to download another application. For this reason I give it 3 stars.

Excelente Laptop para funciones básicas, me gustó un buen, diseño bonito y batería de buena duración, en relación a la paquetería office no deja instalar los sofware, sin embargo se puede ocupar la paquetería office 360 y funciona muy bien, todos los archivos son bajo la nube. Solo si sabes trabajar asi, te funciona muy bien, altamente recomendable
