Troubleshooting network connection issues:
(1) The doorbell camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the camera and the Wi-fi router; the camera should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router
(4) Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-fi connection with the camera:
Press and hold the ring button until the camera was reset, and then add the camera again back to the same App account

Great Quality for price, very user friendly!
Bought camera in May of this year and it has been through all regular weather conditions, high battery uses, and more and I can honestly say that for the price its 100% worth it! I have to charge it roughly once a month and my sensitivity stays around medium. The app interface is very user friendly and simple and I pay 30 bucks for a year subscription that saves 30 days of recordings to the cloud. Every once in awhile I do have to reset the app because motion trigger alert needs to be recalibrated and it mostly stems from spectrum wifi issues but its very quick to do 15-30 seconds. Quality is very good too because Michigan goes through a plethora of weather conditions in short time spans especially extreme cold and I have not had a single issue with durability or function. Ultra HD is surprisingly great! Mounting was easy and efficient. Connectivity is great because my wifi offer dual broadband with my home security on the recommended band while my entertainment devices on another. Notifications are near instant and the only nitpick I have with them is if you allow access to other family members they do have to create their own separate login or itll constantly log out the other user. The app does have a sort of time out feature it seems cause after abt 60 days I have to re-login and it only takes a second literally but for the price and all the perks I mentioned that is not a big problem at all and theyve stated the app has updated so it may have stopped doing the time outs. Wayy better and easier to use than my old ring camera which was hard wired and the ring app was terrible. Mattr fact in my opinion the only perk ring offers better than this camera is the emergency services which are not needed in my house due to layers of other things. I rarely leave reviews but I am more than satisfied and wanted others to be able to read my experience if they were on the fence wondering if this thing worked considering how affordable it is. I can update my review with pics and/or vids of app interface, mounting, doorbell loudness, etc if needed

Perfect for domestic surveillance
It’s been more than 10 months that I bought it and I love it. The design is cute, the image has high quality and the app is easy to use. It shows when it needs ot be charged. Mine last for more than 2 weeks without having to recharge. The only downside is that there is a 10 seconds lag that most of the time is enough for the person detected to leave without you getting hold of her.

Works GREAT! Although the subscriptions can be expensive and unexpected- It’s a good buy! You pay once for however long you choose and it’s cheaper than most! Everything stores right on your phone and the app is very easy to navigate as is the setting up part for the door bell. It instantly connects when you connect to your WiFi. The sound works great on both ends, the picture quality is great, as is the recordings! If you’re looking for something to help with AT HOME Security precautions I absolutely recommend this product! Our Family loves it! And not to mention- THE BATTERY LITERALLY LASTS WEEKS! It’s so easy to install on your door- Obviously I chose the double sided sticky tape as My landlord doesn’t want holes drilled everywhere/ it’s just easier for some- It’s perfect! And it charges super fast. I think it says like “takes up to ten hours” or something- But it charges way faster! I have only charged mine 2 times and it was at maybe a 20%.

Solid first impression, quality build updating after setup
This is an initial review based on unboxing and hands-on inspection prior to full installation.First impressions are very good. The packaging is well done and feels intentional, not cheap or rushed. Everything arrived protected, organized, and clearly labeled, which already puts it ahead of many budget doorbell cameras.The camera itself has a reassuring weight to it. It doesn’t feel hollow or flimsy, and the materials give the impression of a solid, well-built product rather than a lightweight plastic device. The finish looks clean and modern, and it feels like it should hold up well outdoors.I haven’t completed the setup just yet, but I’m in the process of installing it now. Based on build quality alone, it seems like a quality unit and meets expectations so far, which is why I’m starting at four stars. Performance, app experience, detection accuracy, and battery life will ultimately determine whether it earns a higher rating.I’ll update this review after it’s fully installed and running to share real-world performance details. For now, the initial quality and presentation are promising.

Excelente timbre, calidad – precio
Es un buen timbre, la batería le dura 2 semanas sin problema, el color que elegimos es perfecto para nuestra puerta de entrada, y la instalación es muy fácil. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que toca pagar por el almacenamiento de los vídeos, pero no es un costo muy elevado.

Camera good Apps not
App that goes with this is terrible. Unless you buy one of the confusing plans you dont get to use the actaul footage. After getting through so many ads I cant see who is at the door.Only a screenshot of the blank space. Vey delayed. Clear picture but not worth. App also doesnt seem trustworthy. I have to constantly log back inI guess I can say the camera is decent but what your phone recieves via app is not
