    A Smart, High-Performance Hydration Upgrade
I recently started using the Echo Flask Hydrogen Water Bottle, and honestly—it’s one of the most impressive “smart” bottles I’ve ever owned. On top of being a high-quality reusable water bottle, it actually infuses your water with molecular hydrogen, which feels like the next-level version of regular hydration. Here’s why I love it:Cutting-Edge TechnologyThe Echo Flask uses advanced SPE / PEM electrolysis technology (with platinum-coated titanium plates) to safely generate pure hydrogen gas and dissolve it into your water, without harmful byproducts.Echo Water+2Echo Water+2According to its lab tests, it can reach up to 8 ppm of dissolved hydrogen.Echo Water+1That’s a seriously high concentration — well within “therapeutic” range.Echo WaterPremium Design & MaterialsThe construction feels rock solid. It’s made from durable, BPA-free PPSU plastic, which is built to handle the pressure generated during hydrogen cycles.Echo Water+1The grip is textured and secure, so even filled up it feels comfortable in the hand.Echo WaterSmart Features That MotivateThere’s a touchscreen on the bottle, and it’s Bluetooth-enabled, so you can pair with the Echo app to track your hydrogen cycles, monitor your usage, and set hydration goals.Echo WaterThe app integration makes drinking hydrogen water feel like more than just a habit — it feels like part of a wellness routine.Long-Lasting PerformanceIt runs on a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery that supports 5–7 cycles on a full charge.Echo Water+1A full “cycle” means running the hydrogen-generation process, so you’re not constantly recharging.Safe, Certified OutputThe hydrogen production is third-party verified. According to Echo Water, their lab tests consistently hit ~6 mg/L for a 10-minute cycle and up to ~8.25 mg/L after running two cycles.Echo Water UKPlus, it’s IHSA (International Hydrogen Standards Association) certified, which gives some real credibility to the performance claims.Molecular Hydrogen+1Strong Warranty & SupportThey back the bottle with a 5-year warranty.Echo WaterThat’s a pretty generous guarantee for a techy hydration device, and shows confidence in its build quality.Wellness PotentialWhile the research on hydrogen water is still developing, many users report improved energy, recovery, and even mental clarity.Echo WaterPersonally, I haven’t noticed instant “magic,” but I do feel like drinking from this bottle encourages me to hydrate more thoughtfully — plus, just using a high-end, science-backed gadget makes me feel more intentional about my wellness.A Few Things to Keep in MindThe 20-minute cycle for max hydrogen takes a little planning — it’s not “press and drink immediately” if you want that 8 ppm peak.Echo WaterThe bottle weighs about 1 lb (empty), and more when it’s full, so it’s not as lightweight as a basic reusable water bottle.Echo WaterYou’ll need to recharge the battery periodically, especially if you’re doing long or frequent hydrogen cycles. My Review AboutThe price is on the premium side — this isn’t just hydration, it’s a wellness investment.Overall VerdictIf you’re someone who cares about more than just drinking water — you want performance, innovation, and a way to potentially boost recovery or antioxidant support — the Echo Flask is a phenomenal choice. It’s thoughtfully engineered, backed by solid science, and built to last. For me, it turned a simple habit into something a lot more interesting and meaningful.Highly recommend it to anyone curious about hydrogen water or looking to upgrade their hydration game.

    Definitely worth it
Love the bottle. I figured when it lynched with your phone, it would track your daily hydration from the bottle. It doesn’t. Other than that, perfect. Water helps with massive inflammation. Really enjoy the blue light and you have to push in the cap or the bottle will pop when you open it.Highly recommend this product….it recommends distilled or spring water…note that before you buy

Overpriced junk, a worthless gimmick, and a complete waste of money.
I went into this purchase with cautious optimism, thinking maybe the Echo Flask would offer some sort of tangible benefit. Unfortunately, it turned out to be nothing but a flashy gimmick. After a full month of using it consistently, I can honestly say I felt worse—not better—than before. Whatever claims this company makes about energy, wellness, or enhanced performance are completely unfounded. The design might look sleek, but beyond appearances, this device is absolutely worthless. I noticed no positive effects, no health improvements, no added benefit of any kind. In fact, it left me with a nagging sense of frustration that I’d wasted both my money and my time.To call this a disappointment would be generous—it’s a straight-up scam product. The marketing is clever enough to lure people in, but the reality is that the Echo Flask does nothing but sit there, reminding you of the cash you flushed down the drain. Save your money, skip the hype, and don’t get duped like I did.

Better hydration with the cool factor included.
I’ve had my flask for 1 week of use so I figured I could share my thoughts so far. The tips included with the bottle say to start slow but of course I ignored that advice…heh heh.I can’t be sure my herx symptoms were the result of my average of 5 bottles per day though because I also started taking methylene blue at a higher than recommended starting dose at the same. The herx reaction lets me know something is working and then I back off and build up from there but if you don’t enjoy headaches, fatigue, and flu symptoms like I apparently do, then….start slow!I can’t be sure of the physical benefits yet…partly because it’s only been a week and also because of starting the MB at the same time. I’m usually plagued with constipation but after a week, it seems to be getting a bit better. I also seem to be sleeping better and I’m waking up feeling more rested with less brain fog.The bottle itself works well but as others have noted, the app isn’t of much use to me. It gives you the ability to change the color which is helpful if there’s more than one bottle in the house and you want to know which is yours. It also lets you set a beep for when the bottle is finished charging but mine has only beeped two times out of 45 cycles. (Update 6/30/2025. I went into the app and turned the sound option off and back on and it’s been beeping at the end of each cycle consistently.)The app is supposed to keep track of your daily usage but I’ve noticed it rarely registers my use. Maybe future updates will address the bugs. Also, I don’t find the reminders and protocols to be of any use to me…I know how much I want to drink and I don’t feel I need reminders or encouragement to stay with it.I like the information included in the learning section of the app about hydrogen water, it’s helpful and helps me to remember what the long term benefits can be.After using my flask for a few days, my wife and I decided we should get her one of her own rather than sharing one. The first one we received for her wasn’t developing enough hydrogen evidenced by the lack of pressure relief at the end of the cycle. I was going to allow 48 hours for the charging membrane to fully hydrate as the directions suggest but then the LCD panel on the flask started to work intermittently so we exchanged it for a new one and that one works fine.I love the visual element of the electrolysis process and the ability to change the charging color. Just knowing the process is the result of water molecules releasing the hydrogen bond into the water as a gas feeds my inner nerd and makes staying hydrated feel like a science experiment…haha.I would’ve rated it a 5 but the app should function better and my wife’s first flask was basically DOA. I’m glad it has a 5 year warranty but I believe it’s prorated. We’ll see how good it is if the time comes but in the meantime it feels good to know I’m staying better hydrated.

Pretty expensive but the quality is there and the water tastes fine. If it does what is claimed I’ll be happy

The device itself is good. You can definitely observe the health benefits with consistent, no arguments there. That was of until the device broke after 5 weeks use (well, the display broke) and now it’s practically unusable, which given the price is disappointing. The process to get a warranty claim with the device manufacturer is beyond painful. So annoying, could be an amazing product, and will gladly upgrade my review if the supplier/OEM can sort me a return.
