This came earlier than expected. outside box was a little banged up but product in good shape. Is exactly as expected

Had issues with office and with external drive. They are quick to respond! I got my free download. Still trying to get external drive, but it seems they will follow through. Computer is great!

A $500 laptop
Not bad computer, but I could not get into it because it came with Microsoft, which made me problems forhours: we’ll send you verification code (to my old phone number!), the email address is wrong (my actual email address), your password is wrong (the password was wrong too, so it was again sending a verification code to my old phone#!).Think about it, please: I paid for that damn pc, I opened it from the pure page, and it didn’t let me in because it was “possessed” by Microsoft! Next time I will be more cautious and read if there’s a Microsoft devel inside.

I like my Chromebook better so I returned this item. It is a very good laptop I’m just better aquatinted with 2-1 tablets. This is a good laptop and it does a lot of stuff

hard drive broke in 30 minutes
the external drive broke after 30 minutes and there is no support from Dell since when I put in service tag it only will display Spanish which I don’t understand because that is not my language.
