Effective in reducing headaches
My spouse has a fully remote job and her company computer does not let you change any settings like a night mode filter. Even if she could turn the night mode filter on, her job involves identifying colors on the screen for multiple tasks. She was getting headaches from the blue light exposure almost every day. I bought these for her to attach to her glasses. She wears them all day long at work, and can easily flip them up if she needs to do something involving color. I have not heard her complain about a headache in weeks since I bought them and I have not seen her work without them since she got them, so they seem to have made a massive difference. She also wears them for using her Apple laptop which I think might be a little older and doesn’t have a night mode filter option.As far as functionality goes, she has never said anything about them being heavy or even noticing the extra weight attached to her regular glasses. The spring that attaches them holds them firm but is not too stiff to make in difficult to attach and detach them. The attachment grips do not scratch her prescription glasses, and they are designed to easily fit to any type of frame. She flips them up and down all the time, and there has been no issue with the hinge.The company offered to send me a free pair of glasses after receipt of the original item. She liked them so much, I said yes thinking I could use the free pair. Unfortunately, the free pair offered are actual full frame glasses and NOT flip up attachments to the glasses. I must have misunderstood their email. I already wear prescription glasses so I was unable to use the free pair of orange glasses. Either way, it was nice of them to offer the free gift.So there you go, the only con I can think of is I misunderstood what the free gift was that the company offered to send. These work.

Can’t recommend these enough
I get headaches quite often, for the longest time I wasn’t sure why. I almost always eat and drink enough, I typically get enough sleep at night, i wasn’t doing anything that should directly cause headaches. I recently switched positions at work and now i sit in front of three computer monitors at night. I noticed my headaches were becoming more frequent and that’s when i finally made the connection. I bought these to test my theory and my god, they’re phenomenal. Now keep in mind, I’m 20 years old and farsighted. Not sure what my exact prescription is but the number -5.50 comes to mind. Basically if i get caught driving without my glasses on they could probably arrest me.The pros:-Blue light from computer screens have very little affect on my eyes with these on, like slim to none. No screen related headaches since purchased.-Driving at night is so much easier. Reading another review from someone who’s a bit older than me gave me the idea to try this out. Inconsiderate people who drive with their brights on 24/7 no longer temporarily blind me on the road.The cons:-not an exact fit. Now, these are 12 dollars. Can’t expect them to fit perfectly. That being said, as long as you’re okay with the occasional adjustment these are perfect.-yellow and white lights can blend when wearing these bc of the orange lenses. That means street lights, headlights, and yellow stoplights all look the exact same color. If you use these to drive at night you need to pay close attention to your surroundings or the lenses could potentially cause an even bigger problem. Id say these are great for night shift people who are used to paying close attention when the sun is down, maybe not so great for morning shift people who end up feeling very tired when driving at night. Drowsiness and blending colors are not a good combo.So my overall verdict, these work perfectly for what i need them for. If you think you need them for similar reasons (and these end up back in stock, fingers crossed) you should absolutely buy these lenses.
