Can’t beat the value
With two cheap tripod boom-mic stands, our two backup singers in my band were up and running super-cheaply and with quite decent sound quality. Obviously the mics are not top-end, but for our purposes they’re perfect.

The Bowens Dynamic Mic works great, as opposed to the XLR cable, which does not. I bought two of these mics, and both have the same issue: the XLR cable will not carry phantom power. I replaced the cable with a good one, and now they work fine. So if you purchase the mic/cable pair, and you need power, be prepared to discard the cable.You could use the broken cable without phantom power, and it will work. However, this typically means that one of the balanced signal wires is shorted to ground. So even though it works, you will not get the best possible sound quality.5 stars for the Mic, 1 star for the cable.

These sound much better that 🎤 that came with my monsterZ6 and connected right in no problem, on off slide switch works fine. The pickup area is really good and a simple foam wind cover , dose not affect the mics pickup ability. A++++
