I don’t normally write reviews but these are absolutely stunning and deserve to be looked at. So to start off, I have used many more premium headsets in the past, I’ve owned the arctis 7, arctis pro, then I moved on to the nova pro, which I have had since release. These take all the good from the older models and amp it up. The more premium materials, they have a nice weighty feel to them, but not at all uncomfortable. They have changed the earpands to kind of a soft leatherette type material with a really soft memory foam on the inside. The ear cups themselves are of nice size, I have rather large ears, and they seem to find perfectly even with glasses. The over all construction is a metal and a really nice plastic that has kind of a soft rubber feel to it. I do expect them to hold up very well over the course of time. Now let’s get into the sound. Firstly I do not consider my self an audiophile. These sound amazing from gaming to music. These are a rather large upgrade over the Nova pro. The highs are nice and clear, not jaring. The mids are warm and pleasant, although sometimes they can be a little drowned out by the bass. Now the bass on these shines. They are what I would consider bass heavy, but not muddy. The bass is tight, crisp and punchy. The overall tuning out of the box should be a major step up for most people, and if it’s not to your liking you can fine tune the eq and get exactly what you want. The active noice cancellation is the best you can get in a gaming headset. All though it does change the sound slightly you can adjust it back to your preference very easily using the Sonar software. The battery life on real world usage is around 25 ish hours. I’ve never fully killed the battery. I always swap it when it starts getting low so you’re mileage may very slightly. The mic is also an upgrade over the previous generation as well, I use this headset exclusively on my PC for discord, the sound comes through crisp and clear on the boom mic. The headset also has another mic you can use if you don’t want the boom mic extended, this mic is clear as well. One of the better features of this headset is being able to be used with multiple devices at once. No messing around it’s all just plug and play through the game dac. You can be playing your games, then answer phone calls from Bluetooth on your phone all seamlessly. Long story short these are a premium headset with premium build and sound for a premium price. I would recommend them to anyone, even with the steep price.

Pricey but great features!
I rarely leave reviews. These headphones are pricey and there’s no denying this. Yet, the sound is excellent. Directional sound is great which was most important to me along-side sound quality.Multi-Bluetooth connect is great for WFH days where I can have my work computer and phone connected, then move right into gaming when I’m done without taking off my headphones.ANC is great too. There is also a transparent mode when you don’t want this.To top it all off, they are VERY comfortable.

I will keep my nova pro wireless
I have a Nova Pro Wireless headset and wanted to try the new Elite to see what upgrades it offered.Quality:When I received the Elite, the packaging was exquisite, like a limited edition product. Upon opening the box, the headset was beautifully crafted. The connection between the earcups and the headband had been upgraded, using metal connectors for improved durability and to prevent damage from rotation. The headband itself uses a leather material, which looks high-end, but I don’t like it because it could easily be scratched by sharp objects.Music: Comparing the Elite and Pro by only changing the receiver box without altering the Sonar settings, the Elite’s bass is more powerful, heavier, and more substantial. However, listening for extended periods can be tiring. Male vocals lack emotion, and the soundstage is small, as listening in a small room. The Pro’s male vocals are more natural, the bass isn’t as strong, but it’s sufficient. The soundstage feels like a larger room.Noise Cancellation: The Elite doesn’t eliminate all background noise; it still retains the sound of other people talking in the room, but the sound of the air conditioner vent is eliminated. Conclusion: If you already have the Nova Pro, you don’t need to buy the Elite. The improvements aren’t significant. However, if you don’t have the Nova Pro and have a large budget, the Elite will definitely impress you and you’ll love it.

Fake description. Does not support mac at all. Mac wont even recognize the software that they claim works with the macs. If you have apple silicon mac, do not buy it as you cannot even update the firmware
