Great upgrade to my prior security camera system
I had a prior analog security camera system and ordered this as an upgrade. Everything needed was in the box and I was pleased to find this system continues to use the Siamese security camera cable style. Setup was easy with a wizard and connected automatically to my network, time sync, etc. App setup was just a QR code scan and I was able to connect to the DVR on my iPhone. Video quality is decent, it is still an analog system so my expatiation wasn’t that it was going to be 4K. Night lights on the cameras are visible lights with motion, very bright and give a good image. Came up 12 cameras and the DVR can support up to 16 + supports IP cameras so there is some room for the future if I need to install more. Very happy with the system.

Excellent System
Great security system. So right now, I have had this one up for approximately six months now. I set up four cameras and they have survived the extreme heat (110°), heavy rains, winds measured at 77mph (on my property) and the constant Louisiana humidity. Despite all of these horrible conditions, the picture is still just as clear as the day they went up. I got a total of 16 cameras with this unit and will put them up later, but work has had my schedule locked up. The infrared is decent, but if you have an infrared flood light up, you’re set. You will still be able to make out clear details of an person or item but they need to be within 50 to 60 feet from the camera at night. The storage with four cameras at the highest resolution will save video for approximately six weeks. I also have my system on a backup power source, and have successfully made it through three extended power outages. Definitely spend the money.

Product is not as easy to setup nor understand as others I have had were. Not good phone support. Because the company is overseas the time difference makes it a horrible experience getting any timely help. All this AI is crap!

good system to have
after having total of 3 systems, (2) night owl=(1) ez viz this is the best so far, its fast looking at cameras on phone or i pads, can with to different cameras fast unlike night owl that spins on each camera, installation is about the same, only thing i didn’t like was…i put one camera in living room, works great except the light comes on when i was watching tv, i called company to see if i could by pass this, no help so i installed an old camera with out light. problem solved! its a great system works away from home, on phone, night owl quit after 9 months, love this so far…

This unit doesn’t work very well and definitely isn’t worth the money I spent on it.
I’m not very happy with this setup my neighbor has one at his shop and works awesome, this one misses half of the live events and images just appear and or disappear.

picture quality is very good. Auto for the IR or white light you have to use the motion detection to get that feature working the DVR
