Packaging was good, and everything arrived perfectly protected.Setup was plug-and-play, and it worked flawlessly with multiple laptops I tested (Windows, USB-C, different brands). Just What I Needed – LOVE IT!!
DECLUTTER – that was my goal, and that mission was accomplished with this docking station. The docking station fits nicely behind my primary monitor so it’s out of sight, but still very reachable if needed. The case it’s in is very sturdy, well-built and attractive looking. I love the small rubber feet that keep it in place. I did not detect any latency. Docking stations have changed dramatically since my last one which I honestly felt was worthless. This one is a gem and so very compact. The 110-watt power supply keeps up with my Dell laptop just fine, and the extra USB ports are extremely convenient. I use a USB “Plug & Stay” drive for a lot of my backup and it seems to work perfectly in the docking station. Bottom line – this thing works just as promised with my Windows 11 Dell laptop, and I highly recommend it to anyone serious about a great setup.

Great Docking Station — Convenient to Use
I really like this docking station! It is perfect for my new dual monitors and all of my necessary devices are plugged in…mouse, keyboard, and laptop. It is relatively small (so it’s portable), and easy to tuck away in a compartment at the back of my desk. Plus, the power button is easy to feel out, so I can just reach back to turn it on. It was easy to install, and works as it should. I am 100% happy with this purchase!

Great 13-in-1 Docking Station!!
Been a fan of this dock ever since I received it! Besides the initial misunderstanding that the dock would keep my external drives powered 24/7, that was resolved when I connected it to my computer and when I shut it down, it turned those off too.KEEP IN MIND, the power block included is required for the dock to operate.The dock is VERY well made and all the ports work with ease. There are plenty of different ports, some of my favorite being the ethernet and the front row 3.0 usbs.

Gets the job done
The dock works well. But only connects to monitors via HDMI. Apart from having to unplug and plug the connection to your laptop from time to time after a restart, everything else works great.

Excellent Docking Station with DisplayPort, HDMI, and USB-C
This docking station by Acer is truly a great piece of equipment that anyone using a laptop and external displays must have! It has all the modern connectivity and sports a really nice form factor. It fits perfectly on my smallish desk and feeds high quality video to my two high-end displays over DisplayPort and HDMI. Includes a power supply with a good length of cable and an angled plug for great fit. I haven’t found any issues or problems with compatibility. Excellent docking station!

I was surprised by how light this unit was. I know the whole point of a docking station is that you don’t have to move it around much (if ever) but compared to my clunker of a docking station I was provided by my job this thing is pretty light and sleek.I don’t have a ton of peripherals to stress test this, but this has served well so far with my dual monitors, mouse, keyboard, and occasional misc peripheral. I have a fairly compact desk setup so having the cables cleared up instead of looping around my laptop has been very helpful for maintaining a visually tidy space. Not having to juggle USB ports on those occasions you want to use a few peripherals has been very handy.

This docking station consolidates basically everything into one sleek unit that sits neatly on my desk.The aluminum body not only looks professional but also helps with heat dissipation, which I’ve noticed because even after running it for hours with everything connected it barely gets warm to the touch. I’ve got my gigabit ethernet plugged in for stable internet, both HDMI ports occupied by monitors, several USB devices connected, and my laptop charging through the 110W adapter all at the same time. I’ve been using this Acer docking station for about a week now with my Dell XPS and it’s completely transformed how I work from home. Before this I was constantly swapping cables around because my laptop only has two USB-C ports, which meant I was always choosing between connecting my external monitor, my backup drive, or my wireless mouse dongle. Now I just plug in one cable and everything connects automatically. I’ve got two monitors running through the HDMI ports, my ethernet cable for stable internet during video calls, and still have multiple USB ports free for whatever I need. The 110W power adapter keeps my laptop charged even when I’m running everything at once, which is crucial because video editing drains my battery fast.The metal construction feels solid and premium, way better than the plastic hubs I’ve tried before. It does take up a fair bit of desk space because it’s quite large, but that’s expected with how many ports it packs in. Works great. I use this for my home office set up since my company doesn’t give us peripherals for our WFH days, so I have to use my own setup. This is so much better than manually plugging in my monitors and everything. I use it with a Dell Latitude and it works flawlessly. It’s a bit older (Gigabit internet is a giveaway) but if you can get it at a decent price, it’s a great option. Build quality is good on both the dock and the cables, and it’s good to have a known good/reputable brand as well.
