Practical and stylish
I’ve seen similar products go for a lot more on Etsy, of course those are handmade and not mass produced and as much as I want to support small businesses, this one is just way more affordable and looks just as nice. I really appreciate that this piece is adjustable to fit different sized laptops. I currently have 3 laptops and am using this to hold a pc and a 2012 macbook pro. The unit is sturdy and the silicone on the bottom prevents it from sliding around on any surface. Now I can display my laptops for easy access, while also keeping them out of the way.

Stylish But Needs Some Improvements
This acrylic laptop stand really is a very nice and stylish laptop stand. The clear acrylic is very modern looking and stands out nicely. With this type of laptop stand there is the downside that it is set for only one angle, which is probably at a standard pitch of 15-20 degrees. It has a small wrist support on the front of it that is really too thin to be effective to comfortably support the wrist. Making the wrist support wider and thicker would improve its functionality.

This is way more amazing than expected. It is small but impressively balanced. The holders are adjustable and strong. I set mine to the thickness of the laptop plus an 1/8″. Must buy!!!

Best for holding a laptop
In essence, this laptop stand lets your laptop know that you now live here, so your desk won’t look like a charging station had a mishap. The two slots are actually helpful if you switch between work and personal devices, the walnut looks elegant, and the adjustable width is what really counts because it keeps the laptop snug rather than wobbling slowly, which makes you wonder about the laws of physics. Because laptops will slide around if you don’t set boundaries, the silicone pads are also helpful.

Great laptop stand
Iโve been using this vertical stand for a bit now and Iโm really happy with it. I wanted something that would hold two laptops in one spot, keep them upright, and not look like a clunky piece of office gear. This checks all of those boxes.It has a satisfying heft to it, so it stays put when I slide a laptop in and out. The slots hold my machines securely (no tipping or shifting), and the inside padding keeps everything from getting rubbed up or nicked. The black cedar wood detail is also a nice touch.

Using with a 13 x 9 inch chromebook on a 17 x 12 lap desk – JUST right!
3 pieces go together easily/instantly. Just LOOKING at it – I was wondering if it’d be too low – but it really IS just right for me – in all ways…I often work on a lap desk – with my feet up or down – so lap desk sometimes slants up or down a bit too. This stand makes either sitting position comfortable for viewing angle without a lot of changing the screen’s angle with respect to the keyboard. (DELUXE!)Current favorite lap desk has a VERY smooth/slick surface – and the GRIPPY FEET on the stand are GREAT! I’m used to holding the computer/desktop BOTH securely if I’m shifting around. Grippy feet make the “holding stuff together” ALMOST unnecessary. Still think it’ll be a good idea to hold them both together – but much less need to hold them TIGHTLY!”Slippery surface” standing desk and kitchen table are my other go tos for computer work. And the little boost in viewing (and typing) angles with this stand work well with both of those spots too.Even if you don’t see yourself using something like this all the time – with the reasonable price – might worth getting one to TRY OUT at least. You might LOVE IT … ALL the time – or maybe just when you have a stiff neck – or there’s a big glare situation – or you’re at that WEIRD table where you usually have to tuck a book under the screen…I MUST ADD – that with this combo of stand, MY chromebook and specific lap desk – everything JUST fits. The stand’s low edge is RIGHT at the edge of the lap desk (EASY to line up there) – and there’s just a small margin (maybe 1/8″ – 1/4″ max – of “desk top” which is past the back of the support bracket. It IS about an inch from the back edge of those EXCELLENT grippy feet though! NOT feeling … precarious at all!
