2. Reset and Activate the Doorbell
Press the doorbell button to activate the device, then hold the reset button for 3-5 seconds until the doorbell indicator flashes red, indicating activation.

3. Sync the Doorbell with Your Phone
After resetting the camera, download and run the CloudEdge app. Select “Add Device” > “Smart Doorbell” > “Next”, follow the video or the APP’s guide to connect the camera with 2.4Ghz wifi.

4. Pair the Included Chime with the Doorbell
Press the setting button on the chime to activate it; it will flash red. Then, press the doorbell button to activate the doorbell. If the chime flashes blue, it indicates that the chime has been successfully paired with the doorbell.

5. Install the Doorbell on the Wall
To prevent the doorbell from falling, secure it to the wall using the included screws. For apartment installations where drilling is not preferred, you can also attach the doorbell to the wall using the included 3M tape, ensuring the wall surface is stable.

6. Share the Doorbell with Another Phone
To share the doorbell device with family members, scan the QR code or enter a family account. Note: Each mobile phone must log into a separate account to access the device.

What should I do if my doorbell drains battery quickly?
Avoid facing high-traffic areas like sidewalks/driveways to reduce motion detection triggers. Adjust motion sensitivity and range. If a new firmware is available, upgrade it via APP→Settings → Check New Version → Version Upgrade to 6.0.1.20241115.
Can I connect the door bell to 5Ghz wifi?
No, this door bell can only connect to 2.4Ghz wifi.
While it’s attached to the wall, I can’t charge the unit nearby. Can I remove it from the backing to charge inside?
Yes, to recharge it, simply unscrew the bottom security screw, remove the doorbell, and charge it indoors.

I highly recommend this product it’s very clear during the day and night it has a very long charge to it go buy it and stay safe! The video recording records really well! While it’s convenient for easy placement anywhere in the house, it adds another device that needs to be managed and have its batteries replaced. The desire for a plug-in chime is a valid one, as it would eliminate this hassle and ensure the chime is always powered and ready.

Excellent Value
I bought this to replace a wired video doorbell that caused some issues with my home’s built-in wired doorbell system one time and almost burned the house down. Needless to say, I don’t want to touch the wired doorbell for fears of this happening again.So far, this wireless video doorbell has been excellent! It has far exceeded my expectations. For the price, I very much doubt that you can find a better alternative. I’ve installed my own SD card and set the recording time to automatic, with human detection sensitivity set to the middle values. The picture is excellent and the app has a great layout once you get comfortable with it.If you’re looking for a wireless doorbell with great battery life, great picture, good night vision, that’s easy to install either permanently with screws or adhesive only (good for renters like me), then this is the one in my opinion!(Oh I almost forgot, the connection to my wifi is excellent and the setup took about 1 minute, too easy!)I’m not getting paid for this review and I bought the product myself out of my own pocket. I’m just a happy customer and people should know it’s a good product.

Save your time and money and just get a camera with a subscription
At first, this camera was pretty good. Low price point, no subscription, app is relatively easy to use with minor issues, recorded well, easy to install, okay battery life. I’ve had this for just over a year as of today (Dec 205).Recently, I noticed that my camera wasn’t recording as well as it used to – it only started recording a second or two after a motion was detected. Last week, my neighbor across the breezeway had packages (Christmas presents) stolen from by their front door and asked me to check my footage from my camera. My camera missed the man who took them completely and I was unable to help them. I submitted customer service feedback via chat to figure out a solution and after asking me two questions, customer service stopped responding. I followed up 2–3 times with no response. I checked this morning and the company had deleted my chat history about this issue (assuming they don’t have a solution for me and instead of taking accountability or trying to help in any way, they just erased the problem). Super disappointed in this company.Needless to say, already ordered my Blink camera – worth a subscription for a camera that actually records.

WE LOVE OUR DOORBELL CAMERA!
We love this doorbell camera. I love how you can position the direction of the camera. I’m glad it doesn’t swivel & the remote is the app, this is the perfect home accessory for us. The photo & video quality is impressive. Here’s a photo I took one random morning when I looked through the app & saw this beauty. We had heavy fog, so thick & it made the sun look like a fire in the sky.If you have any issues, check the app, it will answer all of them. The camera is durable because one of our cats knocked it down while I was charging it. Great value & functionality for sure. This doorbell camera makes me feel safe. Yesterday there was a solicitor out front, didn’t ring the bell, but he was in the detection zone & the camera alerted me via the app’s push notifications. My husband is also able to see & receive alerts.Oh, one last tidbit, my husband has full control of our camera on his phone & yesterday while I was putting our solar lights back in place after our landscaper was finished, my husband startled me by speaking through the intercom & he works 30 miles away. That’s amazing.

Use cloud edge set the door cam
Really nice cam no lag smooth video. Get a SD memory card and don’t use the morecam app they say to get in the book. Download the Cloud edge app instead. That’s the one your Alexa echo will tell you to download to hook up to it. Same with Google home. I set mine up with the morecam cam at 1st. And when I tried to hook up my Alexa echo 5 it told me to download the cloud edge app. Then had to reset and hook it up with the cloud edge app. It worked but not with the morecam app. Your account number is your email address. And cloud storage is cheaper on cloud edge than with the morecam app.

Good price, I guess the good die young
Purchased 08/2024. Set up was easy, no subscription required, and it has a few fun tones to choose from for inside alerts. At first the battery seemed to just last forever, it was months before I had to recharge it.But now, 8 months later it’s dying ridiculously fast. I charged it overnight on Sunday, by Wednesday it was warning me it was at 17%, and completely dead by Friday.I chose this because it was purse friendly, but had I known it wouldn’t last a year I would have gladly bought one of the more costly options.If you don’t mind having to take it down and recharge it twice a week, it’s great. If you’re like me and prefer set it and forget it for a couple months at a time, you’ll want to go with a different option

Habe heute meine Video Türklingel XTU J10 erhalten und gleich ausgepackt. Die Klingel macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck.Gerät war im Nu installiert und montiert. Ohne noch lange Kabel zu verlegen. Habe anfangs lange überlegt ob es die richtige ist für den Preis von doch 100€ da es ja einige auf dem Markt gibt. Die ersten Bilder und Videos auf dem Handy überzeugen total von der Qualität der Video Klingel. Klasse Bilder bei Tag und Nacht. Die Installation mit der App war ein Kinderspiel. Vorgänge von der Klingel könnte man auch auf Alexa Echo anschauen, habe ich aber noch nicht mit einander verbunden.Den Bewegungssensor finde ich auch super da die Erfassung von Personen oder anderem schon beginnt bevor sie geklingelt haben. Die Übertragung vom Klingelknopf wird 1 zu 1 übertragen ohne Verzögerung.Die Speicherung auf SD-KARTE war mir auch sehr wichtig, da man somit auf eine Cloud verzichten kann. Was auch wieder Kosten spart.Bis jetzt kann ich nichts Negatives darüber sagen und der Kauf hat sich bestätigt.Somit würde ich mich wieder für die Video Türklingel XTU J10 entscheiden.Nachtrag zum Kundenservice am 18.12.24Da meine micro Karte auf einmal nicht mehr von der Klingel erkannt wurde, nahm ich Kontakt zum Kundenservice auf. Da nahm man mein Problem sehr ernst und mir wurde umgehend weiter geholfen. Schließlich konnten wir den Fehler finden und beheben.Danke noch mal an Sandy die mir zur Seite stand das Problem zu beheben.

Great video doorbell without paying for subscription. Easy to install and connect to the app on your phone. Great clear picture and the wireless door chime is battery operated with different chimes to choose from. Battery life is lasting about 6 weeks. We did but a sd card for it. Just slot it in and you can save your data. When needs recharge it come with a tool to just lift it off and connect to a USB.
