When I set up the soundbar with TV, the soundbar has no sound or only static.
Please set TV audio output format to PCM or Stereo depending on different TVs. The soundbar does not support Dolby and DTS.

Press and hold the BT button on remote or M button on soundbar for about 2 seconds to disconnect the current Bluetooth device.

Great Sound Upgrade with a Sleek, Modern Look
I’m really happy with this sound bar and how well it works with my TV. Setup was incredibly easy and straightforward, and I had it up and running within minutes. The sound quality is very decent for everyday TV watching and movies, with clear dialogue and a noticeable improvement over my TV’s built-in speakers. For an 80W soundbar, it delivers solid volume and an immersive listening experience.I also really like the appearance of this sound bar. It looks stylish, clean, and professional, and it fits nicely with my TV setup without feeling bulky or out of place. I also tried to connect it to my phone via Bluetooth, and it worked great with a stable connection and clear sound. Overall, this is a reliable and attractive sound bar that offers good performance.

Good value sound bar with versatile configurations
Easy to assemble and use. When first unpack, it comes in 2 separate pieces as standing tower configuration. Since I want it as one piece lay flat sound bar, I simply twist the base and detach them from the towers, then line up the two tower piece and twist them, they turn into one nice seamless sound bar, very neat. But for people want better stereo sound, the two towers configuration might be a better choice. I really like the versatile of configurations. This is a smart design.The sound bar or towers can also be mounted to a wall, comes with screws and necessary accessories.The Bluetooth is very easy to setup, just press the BT button on the remote, then search Bluetooth device on your phone, sound bar shows up as “WebsLand DS6401 V1. 33” (I assume V1. 33 could change depends on what firmware your sound bar has).Souand quality: even though I highly suspect that it can provide 80W of power, but the sound bar is pretty loud enough, I can’t turn it to maximum volume, otherwise would be too loud. The sound quality is decent, it can’t compete with my $800 pair Polk Audio speakers, but I can say the sound is clear with decent base. Then again, I would not expect hifi sound quality at this price, but certainly worth the price.One minor complaint : the power supply that comes with is little weak, 15 volt and 1.6 Amps, that is about 24 watts. So even the sound bar can produce 80 watts by design, but the PS not able to supply enough power for the amplifier. Good thing is I have a spare power supply outputs 10 Amps (150 watts max, see the attached picture). It definitely help to boost the base, especially when volume is high. So if you have that option, upgrade the PS.All in all, it is good value for the money. I want to emphasize that I really love the versatile configuration, can be setup as one sound bar or two towers.

Great for the price
Great sound. Connected to an Insignia fire TV using Basically plug and play. Only complaint is the sound adjustment. Has to be in the 40s or 50s to get sound and when you turn up and down it jumps 3 to 5 levels, it either gets too loud or too soft so you have to keep adjusting to get to the level you want. But for the price I paid I’d buy again
