The lid features a pop-up straw, and there’s an internal straw that, as far as I can tell, is not removable. I really appreciate the small tab on the silicone gasket inside the lid—it makes removal and cleaning much easier, which is a nice touch. The bottle is well-built, with a clean paint finish, and it feels great in hand. Its capacity is on the smaller side at 18 oz, but the trade-off is that it’s lighter and easier to carry. The size feels more suited for women or kids than for men.Functionally, it includes the standard smart features for tracking water intake, but this iteration improves on the older versions. Charging is far more convenient thanks to the wireless charging puck, unlike the older model where you had to plug a cable directly into the lid’s USB port. This makes keeping the bottle charged and the smart features running much easier.As with previous models, you’ll need their proprietary app to use the smart features. Pairing was quick and it recognized the bottle instantly. The app is still intuitive and easy to navigate. This model also includes a built-in TDS meter to monitor water quality—though it does not filter or change the water itself. WaterH does mention that the bottle is compatible with their filter (not included) if you want that option.Overall, this is a great product if you’re looking to monitor your water intake. It’s also a premium-looking bottle with a stylish design. The 18 oz capacity won’t be ideal for everyone, but it’s still a practical amount of water for everyday use. At the time of writing, it’s priced at $48—somewhat premium for a water bottle, but reasonable considering the smart features. For comparison, their 32 oz bottle is $55, and the 24 oz version is $50.
