Ordered this system and can somebody please tell me how to set it up? I have it all connected but don’t know what to do after? the instructions is not that good and I need to know do I suppose to download a app to work the cameras? Cause the book definitely don’t tell u that! The number provided doesn’t work ! Email can not send so now I’m lost on what to do next Help please somebody ?

Awesome customer service
Running the wires through the soffit and attic was the hardest manual labor part of this install. After that it was mostly plug and play. I did have issues with motion detect and customer service went above and beyond to help me with the settings on the dvr and phone app to get everything working to my preference. Even if this is not the security system for your needs, I would highly recommend buying A system this company offers due to their outstanding customer service and them making sure your system is working properly. They have replied to every message.

Useless Product
Poor advertising of product and extremly disappointed with the item. This is being advertised as a wireless connection. However i am unable to configure cameras as i need a ethernet connection. The cameras will not function if the DVR is not connected to the internet and you need an ethernet connection in order for the DVR to work. This is by far the worst product i have purchased from Amazon.

Extremely poor quality! Not waterproof!
As a security camera advertised for “outdoor” use, its waterproof performance is extremely poor. After just a few rain showers, one of the cameras began to show signs of condensation or was directly damaged. This completely violates the basic requirements for outdoor surveillance equipment. It’s advertised as a 4CH 5MP Lite AHD DVR, but the actual video quality is very blurry, especially in night vision mode. Daytime footage also lacks detail and sharpness, making it impossible to clearly identify distant faces or license plates. The “5MP Lite” resolution is entirely misleading.
