I’ve always wanted an automated door lock, because we are constantly have friends and family over, along with guests. Having a key code and several ways to let them in the house is super important, while still having unqiue saftey features. This is the perfect front door bolt for your house, or Airbnb.I’m honestly blown away by how good it is. I didn’t want to juggle a separate doorbell cam and a smart lock, so this all-in-one setup made perfect sense. The installation was way easier than I expected — took maybe 20 minutes with a screwdriver.The lock itself feels solid — like a high-quality piece of hardware, not some cheap plastic gadget. The touchscreen and fingerprint reader are super responsive, and the fingerprint unlock works almost instantly (even when my hands are a little cold or dirty). I also love that there are a bunch of ways to unlock it — I mostly use my fingerprint, but having a a couple different backup gives me peace of mind.The video quality is surprisingly good, even at night. Great keypad lock! Easy to install. You can add and revoke multiple users. Options for access is fingerprint number code, key card and physical key. It does take video but I am opting not to subscribe to that feature. The photo taken is more than enough as a free option. You get 14 days of picture storage images are clear and I get notifications as the door is locked or unlocked.This is perfect for people that are always in and out or forgetting something, careless with keys or have baby or pet sitters. It comes with two keys so you can hide one as an emergency option incase the battery dies before you recharge it, which is unlikely as the app informs you of the battery status.Historically my family has been irresponsible with locking the door with this lock or home on family are safer. Approximately 30 seconds after the door is unlocked. It automatically locks itself. It is very simple using your finger print to gain access as you do not have to fumble with keys. Forget keys. It’s a quick tap and you’re in, great product.
