Exceeded Expectations
Great product and provides information that I was looking for. Bot sure how accurate it is compared to a dexa scan, but at the very least can help you track progress with regard to building muscle and reducing fat. Highly recommend.

Didn’t work for me: Update-works great and customer service is excellent!
Tried to get registered for two days. by the time they would send a registration code via email to enter, the app would time out and have to start over. Ridiculous. My wife finally got in and the scale worked one time then would not come on again. Returned….. Update: Customer service at its best! Tychesy CS reached out to me after my review, very apologetic for my experience. They went out of their way to make it up to me. Because of their sincere response, I gave it another try. We were able to connect first try this time. The amount of data provided is amazing! Fantastic addition to our health regime. One caution, if multiple users, make sure only one of you have app open at a time as it may deliver the result to the wrong user. My wife put on 65 lbs in a minute!😂. Can’t say enough about their customer service. Rarely find this level of concern for their customers! Highly recommend!

Too technical. Hassle
Technically a hassle. Seems like a nice scale but setting it up was too complicated for this non techy. I ordered a new one that requires no app. Want something easy to use.

Scale worked but no bio info
Only the scale worked. For some reason it would not provide a measure for muscle or fat. Tried at least 20 times, including after watching the how to video. Did not function as expected.
