Good on so many levels
Absolutely love this power strip! It has 6 outlets that are easy to use and designed for average-sized cords. I think it’s a great value for money because you get a good power strip, can monitor consumption per outlet, and remotely turn on and off each one from the app, which works very well. Unlike some other power strips, this one doesn’t have a buzzing noise

Excellent, does exactly what I needed. Will save the timer schedule even with no network
I love the pair of these I got, one for powercycling some electronics and monitoring their draw, and another one for fish tank devices like the heater, pump and lights. I can turn off the fish tank lights when we’re watching a movie, and the pump runs on a schedule. Additionally having the physical buttons to turn things on and off is great, you really don’t loose anything with this. Being able to turn things on and off remotely, even from outside the house is really convenient. I can’t really think of anything I’d add to this unit.

Good but angled plug-in
Great, works well. It’s very easy to setup and connect to your devices.Issues: it has a weak receiver so it shows WiFi as a weak signal without being very far from router. And my biggest issue is that the plug in is at an angle which can be helpful… but the angle I need it in is the opposite, so I lose length of the extension cord.

Easy to integrate into a smart home
This power strip works really well – allowing for individual outlet control and power use monitoring. Setup with my home assistant system via Matter was seamless. Power strip looks slick and … well … like a power strip. I do like the individual power outlet on/off buttons and indicator lights for those times when I’m right next to the strip.

Really awesome value
As others have stated, this power strip is quite large. But in some ways that has its advantages. The plug spacing accommodates medium/small DC adapters, there are three USB-A charging ports, and each outlet has a dedicated on/off switch.I paired mine through Home Assistant and have tried both the Matter and Tapo integration. Matter works great for me with absolutely no issues. The Tapo integration also worked well and works even when you disable cloud integration to the device (I blocked the power strip from access the internet). Entities are organized better in Home Assistant using the Tapo integration but I ended up sticking with Matter as I did not want to rely on a third-party integration that may or may not be maintained long term. The good news is that with the latest firmware as of October 2025, all power monitoring features were accessible and usable via Home Assistant. The refresh intervals are about 2-3 seconds apart vs some other smart plugs I have that a roughly one second interval but it still suits my needs.I was really hoping there might be a way to independently manage each USB port’s power but unfortunately that does not seem to exist. The USB ports are powered 100% of the time that the power strip is turned on.The power strip’s main power switch is a physical toggle that can not be remotely controlled. This is not a problem for me but might be for others.Overall, I highly recommend it and believe it is a surprisingly good value considering have multiple separate smart plugs cost much more than this. Especially if you get it on sale for about $40.

Great product, works as intended
Works great, easy to setup and install. Also easy to reset if you need to set it up again. Response well to the app, and I also hook these up to Home Assistant, all ports work and never had a issue with these and i have 3-4. I actually had a issue with the outlet it was plugged into before the strip. All power buttons respond. Dont really use the USB, but its nice they are there.

Meets the usual standard of Tapo productd
As one would expect from a Tapo product. this has the typical level of quality and function you would expect from one of their smart outlets. It’s really not much larger than a conventional power strip except this one is wonderfully smart. The only slight miss in my opinion is the fact that the USB Ports also can’t be controlled like the outlets.

Works great with HomeKit… easy to plug in chunky AC adapters
I bought this to clear up the clutter on my desk and to control a lamp and my Christmas lights. This is so much tidier than using individual smart plugs. I love that there are hardware switches on the strip to control individual outlets. The orientation of the outlets is also great because you get to plug in chunky AC adapters without losing space on the power strip.I bought it for HomeKit and it’s great that you can control each outlet individually.

Product received was defective and did not work. Contacted the seller who continuously replied with comments that had nothing to do with my question and is asking me to pay for the return shipping on a defective item!
