Finally, I finally found an ergonomic mouse for SMALL hands (apparently child size small:-)) Amazon is probably cheering as they are reading this! No more returns for this girl. It fits perfect and what a really like is it fits all my fingers comfortably. No more dragging my pinkie on the desk.If you have small hands STOP and get this mouse, you will not be disappointed. @Amazon sorry for all the other returns.

OK Mouse, Not a Good Choice for Apple/Mac Users
I really wanted to like this mouse. Initially, when I ordered it, there was no explicit note that the driver was for Windows only, as the description does now. I can still use the mouse as an ergonomic mouse, but without some of the customization that the driver would allow, which limits the functionality of the mouse. This mouse did not come with a charging cable, though, which would be nice to have, but it was not a deal breaker.

Very Comfortable Fit for PC Use… Customer Service Nonexistant
I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists to the point I had surgery on one of them (my dominant hand). I even had to wear braces that held my hand & wrist in a neutral position to prevent pain/so I could sleep. I used to scour auction sites for a particular type of artwork and I’m certain the constant scrolling is what led to my issues. I no longer spend so much time on my desktop, but when I do, the awkwardness of my wrist placement brings the issue back to mind.While i’m not a gamer, I thought the ergonomic design of this mouse would be much better on my wrist… and it’s true! This is ridiculously comfortable in my hand, which is in a neutral position rather than twisted sideways. I was also impressed with the fairly long, cloth covered cord for direct attachment… movement of the cord is so smooth and quiet you don’t even notice it’s there…Which was a good thing as the receiver required for wireless use had not been included in the package. The package had original tape, and the cord was folded up with a nifty little rubber strap, but the receiver was nowhere to be found.This started me on my attempts to contact the maker… I much prefer asking for a replacement piece to the ridiculously wasteful return process. There was no avenue for sending a question to the seller and the link provided to their website didn’t work. That was due to the suffix being “.org” instead of “.net”. Unfortunately, the actual website also had an unusable link for Contact Us.The country of origin doesn’t bother me, but being unable to contact a tech manufacturer about its product does. Too bad… can’t rate higher with missing receiver and no contact. I also saw the similar mouse for sale was the SM820, so suspect SM520 an older model, to boot.

Fantastic ergonomic mouse
I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about this style of mouse at first, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. It’s very comfortable to use and keeps my wrist in a natural, relaxed position. I was able to connect it to my MacBook Pro via both Bluetooth and the included 2.4G adapter without any issues. The buttons all have a nice, satisfying click, and I really like the quick access DPI button next to the scroll wheel, which makes it easy to adjust the DPI on the fly. The mouse skates come protected with blue stickers, so be sure to remove them before using the mouse.Overall, this is an excellent ergonomic mouse at a great price ($23.99 with a coupon at the time of this review). I have no complaints and would definitely recommend giving this style of mouse a try.

Plug and play with windows, comfortable to use.
The mouse can connect to pc via bluetooth or dongle. The dongle was used in this testing. No setup needed, simple plug and play on windows10. Mouse cursor responsive and the optical sensor tracks well on wood or dedicated mouse pad. All 6 buttons work fine. Scroll wheel is smooth. The mouse uses a built in rechargeable battery that can be recharged by the included usbc cable. The mouse was comfortable to hold and use.

One Critical Flaw
I’ll start with this mouse’s redeeming qualities. Electrically, it appears to be quite sound. It has a really good sensor that feels very precise and smooth. It has an electrical choke on the soft sleeved removable cable. It connects instantly with all three connection types. If not for the big problem this mouse has, it would perform really good.Now for the problem with the mouse- its finish. It is just way too slick. It’s basically impossible to grip. Under normal office work conditions, that would be a problem, but this mouse is advertised as a gaming mouse multiple times, and there is no way anybody can use this mouse for gaming. I suppose it may be usable with some rubber grip tape, but but if that is necessary to help this thing be able to be use for gaming as is advertised, it should be included.I am pretty let down by this mouse. Not because I was really looking forward to using this mouse for gaming, I would have used it for office work though. But the disappointment is because this company does make many other mice that I actually was really interested in to use as a gaming mouse, but after this experience, I can’t trust that their other mouses won’t have the same problem.

Very nice verticle mouse small for big hands
This vertical ergonomic mouse works very well and has been a great upgrade for my setup. It’s very comfortable to use, especially for long periods, and the vertical design really helps reduce wrist strain. I like that it can connect either via Bluetooth or the USB dongle, which makes it easy to switch between devices. The mouse is rechargeable and the battery life is excellent — I don’t have to charge it often at all.The only minor downside is that it runs a bit small for my XL-sized hands, but it’s still comfortable and completely usable. Overall, it performs great, feels solid, and does exactly what I was looking for. I’m very happy with this purchase.
