Troubleshooting network connection issues
(1) The doorbell camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the camera and the Wi-fi router; the camera should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router
(4) Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-fi connection with the camera:
Press and hold the ring button until the camera was reset, and then add the camera again back to the same App account.

Great budget wireless doorbell camera! Quick and easy setup
Great camera with everything you need included – shown in the picture attached. Connecting to WiFi is simple with the quick start guide included and the Android app. The picture quality is good for the price range and it seems to have fairly wide viewing angles too. I haven’t tried the AI features or anything yet, but the two-way microphone/speaker is super useful when someone rings and you get a notification on your phone.

Overall I’m impressed with this! It does sometimes take a little while to load the camera in the app, but it works as it should. Sends notifications, holds charge well and the camera video quality works great!

My Doorbell camera is battery-powered. It is operated wirelessly (battery operated) which allowed me to setup and be up and running in less than 30 minutes.It came with a companion app, so I can control the features and functions via my smartphone, tablet, or even desktop computer. With my yearly subscription which is an option I can access livestream content and content for the past 30 days. The picture is of great quality and can also see clearly with the night vision capability. I like also that I can move it around to see different angles.
