Great Scale for determine what’s happening when I plateau on my weight.
I’m on the keto diet and this has helped a lot in determining what’s going on when I inevitably plateau at a certain weight. It will let me know if I’m still losing fat weight even if my weight is overall the same. I’ve found that often when I stall at a certain weight I’m gaining more muscle mass or bone mass which is great to see. The price point is great and it seems to be quite accurate.

Surprisingly accurate!
It’s a surprisingly accurate weight scale and gives you a lot of stats and details, which is helpful for comparing fat and muscle. I’m finding it quite helpful for keeping track of weight loss! I haven’t had it long enough to say anything about the battery life just yet.

Love it! You can make multiple profiles on the app so one per household is necessary. The app is so detailed because even if you gain a pound after check in you’re able to see if that pound was gained based off muscle or fat. Would definitely recommend if you’re on a weight loss journey.

ce pèse personne est connecté à votre application que vous téléchargez sur votre smartphone , elle est simple à mettre en place , une fois celle-ci faite vous l’activez avant de monter sur la balance pieds nus bien sur , car les quatre capteurs situés sur la balance vont rapidement au bout d’une vingtaine de secondes vous transmettre sur votre téléphone dans votre application connecté toues les infos si vous faite un régime alimentaire ( II M G, masse musculaire, pulsation cardiaque ,quantité d’eau dans le corps, et estimation de l’ âge de celui-ci et poids bien sur et le tout s’affiche aussi sur la balance ) cette balance est en plus un vrai outil de travail pour quelqu’un qui veut surveiller son poids ou faire un régime alimentaire
