4 AAA batteries not included
The keyboard and mouse are great, easy to use, and quiet. But, the keyboard and mouse each take 2 AAA batteries which were not included. Usually when I purchase a wireless keyboard and mouse combo, they come with batteries. Not only did this one not come with them, they didn’t specify anywhere that the batteries were not included. If I would have read that it takes 4 AAA batteries, and the batteries were not included, I would have bought some.

Exactly What I Needed for Daily Work!
I’ve been using this keyboard and mouse set for a little while now, and I’m honestly impressed. The keyboard feels solid and comfortable, with keys that are smooth and have a nice bounce. I type a lot during the day, and my hands definitely feel less tired compared to my old setup. The vertical mouse was the biggest surprise. I never used one before, but after a few days I could feel the difference in my wrist—much more natural and no soreness. It connected instantly with the USB receiver, and I haven’t had any lag or random disconnects. One of my favorite parts is the built-in phone/tablet holder. It’s actually really handy for keeping my phone right in front of me while I work. The added volume knob is also a great touch—simple but super useful.Overall, this set does exactly what it promises. It’s comfortable, easy to set up, and works reliably every day. For the price, it’s a great value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a full-size wireless keyboard and mouse combo that feels much more expensive than it is.
