Good Quality!
I purchased this refurbished Samsung Chromebook 4 and I’m very happy with it. Aside from a few minor scratches, it arrived in great condition and looks well cared for. Delivery was fast, startup was quick, and it works perfectly so far with no issues. For a refurbished laptop, it definitely met my expectations and performs exactly as described. Great value for the price. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable Chromebook.

Absolutely amazing device
Greatest device for it’s price.Initially, I was hoping it could just run TeamViewer so I could log in to my main PC And do the work there remotely.But this little guy can do so much more.1. Battery life is like endless. It lasts for 5-6 hours.2. Screen quality is also very good. Judging from comments, I expected it to be bad. But it absolutely gets the job done, and even more.3. OS is chromium based, so chrome browser works really good. Even better than on my desktop, where it was so horrible I just got rid of it entirely. Very responsive, very fast, reliable, durable (my butt landed on it couple of times)4. It doesn’t feel cheap. Very cheap device with a really comfortable feel.5. The screen doesn’t go too much to the back, but I can’t imagine why would anyone need it. Its ratio is completely enough.6. I’ve had this bad boy for like 4-5 months? Maybe more. Love every time I interact with it.7. Even camera is nice! Very nice quality of video and sound. Again, not the best or cutting edge, but most people in Zoom gonna look way worse than you.8. VERY LIGHT! This thing weighs like nothing and it’s super easy to throw it in your bag and take it with you. If you have internet (and we all have it in the semi-developed world) you can just log in to your desktop and continue working there.Cons:1. Needs password every time you power it up. It is not designed to log in without a password which is very odd and stupid2. You can’t really manage files on it, because it’s like a phone and file location is something Android doesn’t want you to deal with. But I do all my work on Google Drive so it’s not a big deal for me.3. Nothing elseUpdate 2025:This thing is still going strong. Battery life is still solid. Lasts 2-3 days, even more with heavy use. Still works great with Chrome browser – you can work, you can type, create presentations, scroll facebook, watch youtube etc. I really love using this little book. Throught owning it I dropped it multiple times, sat on it couple of times, but it’s still in tip top shape

Working great so far
I just got this today and I waited until it warmed up a little while cuz it was in a cold truck. I charged it quickly. It works great. There is no damage to any part of it and its very attractive. I think its a very good deal. I have a Samsung phone so I thought a Samsung Chromebook would work well. I will use it more and add to the review.

Great price for a great laptop.
I am very impressed with this laptop. My daughter needed something so she can do her homework/I-ready and it works great for that and very fast. I also use it to do my digital marketing and it works phenomenal. Great price for a great laptop.

Freezes and halfway works.
Had labtop for a little over a month. My son uses it for homeschooling. The laptop constantly freezes and gets stuck on a video and repeats the same 2 second sound over and over. Can’t reset it, we have to wait for it to die and charge it to reset. Not worth the $90 I paid and it’s past the return window. Do not recommend!!

Bought this as a christmas present for my daughter. I wanted to make sure everything worked so I opened it up when it got here. No scratches or cosmetic damage. I got it set up for her and there were no issues. Everything works great. Shes going to LOVE it!

Im sure its a good product, especially for the cost. But it wasn’t what I thought it was. It was hard to navigate or use like a laptop, it was more of a big phone. Had to add things through Google store. Not what I thought.

My old Chromebook was starting to give me trouble so I decided to give this one a try, the price was right and the Chromebook is in reasonably good shape I did have to charge it up but it works fine there wasn’t any major scratches or damage all is working good so far.
