Why is there no sound from the headset or sound from only one side of the headset after connecting the device?
1. Make sure the connector of the device is 3.5mm; 2. The connector is not fully connected to the device and the contact is not stable; 3. The setting of the device does not select the headphones as the output device;
How to connect and use with PC devices?
1. Connect the 1-part-2 adapter cable (included) completely with the 3.5mm audio cable; 2. Insert it into the corresponding audio/microphone connector of the PC respectively; 3. Select the output/input device of the PC side as “headphone”.
Why does the microphone not work when the headset is connected to the Switch?
Due to the official settings of some Switch games, it is not possible to use an external microphone.

These are cheap…. But for the price? Pretty good.
Maybe these are geared toward smaller people or kids but though the head band is more than big enough- fits fine, the ear phones are really more on-ear than “over-ear” and do press on and touch my ears and hurt after some time … Ive gotten used to it . I dont really use these for gaming I have nicer ones for that but I could use them for that and it would work. The microphone seems to work well and I use it for that. I am on a lot of webex meetings and VOIP phone calls and stuff with the headset and its MUCH better than like a mono headset in terms of using it for audio the rest of the time. It has a volume adjustment on the headset itself which works fine. The microphone swings up and down and its a little stiff but works fine- it doesnt mute itself when tilted up as far as I know, maybe it does but If so it doesnt have any kind of indication it does , markings, or audio cues to let you know the way my corsair and others do.- again- PRICE. The audio quality is about a 6-10… maybe a 7-10. depending on your tastes with a 1 being a mono headset with 0 bass and a 10 being like a pair of Sennheiser 400 dollar headphones – so dont take 6 as that much of an insult its serviceable but it isnt a “premium” feeling audio. You wont feel like youre listening to a tin can or something. For general use its fine.I rated these a 5 because of price. Because for the PRICE- All of those things align fine and I am getting what I paid for. If it were a 70 dollar pair of headphones I would want them to be VERY comfortable, sound better, and have a more premium feel- but for this like… 20 dollar price point? Great, Best you could hope for unless you get really lucky with a used higher end gaming head set. And for a kid ? Fine. They seem plenty durable to me, they have enough flex that I do not at all feel worried they’ll suddenly snap or fall apart. “TOYISH” but not in a “crappy” way, just cheap plastic engineered reasonably well to do the job.

Good sound and Mic, it doesn’t have any static. Looks very compact and wears comfortable, it was worth the cash value practically a steal and looks unique too. The cord is durable and won’t short out on you very easily, this is a corded headset and doesn’t use bluetooth. Speakers are very clear. Keep in mind that it gets dirty after awhile.

Better than expected.
No brainer for the price. I had another version before. This one does not need a power supply, which is convenient. It is also very light and fits well. Is the sound the most dynamic? No. For the money sound is pretty high up the chain though. other than the camo design there are no bells or whistles, but that is also ok.

Very good durable headset . My kid uses it for the Xbox series S and volume can get kind loud also he said it cancels noise. I have to remind him to turn down volume because it gets pretty loud . Good headset.

Microphone stopped working
Great headset for the price. Sound quality is good and mic works great. Unfortunately after just under a year the mic and right side stopped working. Get what you pay for I guess.

I brought this for my granddaughter she loves it she enjoys playing her games and now she can talk to her friends thank you. Happy grandmother if my other grandchildren needs a headset I would buy it again🙂

Great cheap mic
Great sound, and is very durable. The mic is decent and the wire is long for comfort, just plug it in the controller and its ready to use. Its also portable to go places

I’ve been using them for awhile and it is good for it’s price, I recommend these if you’re looking forward to spend $50 and below on them. The Audio Quality is good, No Input delay and it’s loud, might be tight for a lot people but comfortable
