Good product / affordable price
I am very happy with this purchase. It comes with a USB dongle for each device or you can use the Bluetooth. I only have one USB port on my laptop, so I am using it to connect the mouse and Bluetooth for the keyboard. Both work very well. Both Keyboard and mouse are ergonomic and I find it very comfortable. What I especially like about the keyboard is its compact size which allows me to pack it with in my backpack and take it anywhere I go. I used to have a MS keyboard / mouse combo which I liked but they stopped working. A similar MS product now costs over $250. This product is a perfect replacement.

Good keyboard, bad mouse.
Perfectly happy with the keyboard. I’ve always used wired keyboards so this is my first wireless one. I first tried using the keyboard with blue tooth and it worked okay, but found using USB has the advantage because it works as soon as I turn on the computer whereas blue tooth wouldn’t work until after I put in my computer’s password.I deducted two stars however because of the mouse that’s included in this package. I would not recommend paying the extra money for the wireless mouse. There is a push button protruding from the bottom of the mouse that allows switching between two blue tooth channels and USB. The button protrudes from the base of the mouse enough that, as you move the mouse along any surface, the movement presses the button and changes channels. This happens frequently and when it does the mouse quits working until you pick it up and press the button back to the desired channel. I had given up using the mouse because it quit working every few minutes so it was too much trouble. After a few days, I decided to use a dremel tool to try and flatten the button down to the level of the mouse base. This solved the problem. However, this is an inexcusable flaw that shows negligence in either design or mfg., and no one purchasing an item like this should have to alter it to make it work properly.

Wrist pain gone
Very good wireless keyboard. Only took a week to get used to the split and wrist pain is all gone. The battery life for the keyboard is amazing. Only complaint is that the keys are a little noisy. The mouse had a good feel and shape but the battery life was terrible. Ended up replacing with another model that was rechargeable. Overall a good purchase. If you have any wrist pain from having to type a lot at work this is a great purchase.

No more discomfort
I’ve tried a lot of keyboards. This one is the best. It’s quiet and comfortable. Have had no issues so far. Works perfectly.

Love the feel of the wrist rest
I really like the feel of it and the softness if the keys…HOWEVER, UNFORTUNATELY, I am returning it.They have combined the Num lock key an the Home key and I have to use both of them too often and cannot waste the time to keep shifting back and forth, since I don’t remember which one I left it on and there are no lights to let me know…even if there were it just does not work for me to have to keep going back and firth…wish I could re-assign a function key far the home key then I would definitely keep it.

doesn’t work
first off it takes two double AA batteries not two AAA batteries, the triple AAA batteries don’t fit. The USB on mine doesn’t work. Don’t buy, will be sending this back – the first keyboard I was sent was the wrong one, the second one doesn’t work. I’ll never be buying anything from this company again

Not working after three months.
3 months later and it’s dead, keys are sticking, or fails to connect, and I haven’t touched it or been near it with food since the day I got it. I work on typing all day long and can’t afford to have errors, so in the trash it goes. I also didn’t love the non-detachable hard wrist rest.

The Microsoft version is better but this is ok

Very good quality, a bit too clicky for me because I use this item in very quiet places like libraries and classrooms. And the keyboard might be a bit too think for me, but that is just my experience and preference, yours might be very different. Most people that use my mouse say they hate it, and then after a while they tell me they love it and want to buy one.I believe this company makes a slightly less clicky version, and it might not be quite so thick. I would love to try that version because I think it would suit me very well, but I’m not about to shell out another hundred (or so) bucks.

It’s seems to be damaged internally, the keyboard doesn’t connect with the system. A mistake to buy this product
