Great Support and Very happy with the EF-1000 LFP
I want to review 2 things. First is support. Which normally gets a bad rap. I own units from Pecron, Bluetti, Anker and Ecoflow.When I dealt with support from those other companies (I have not dealt with Bluetti yet), it’s always a case of emailing, waiting at least 24 hours and then you hear from a nameless entity simply called “Support”.It was different with Pecron. I needed to send my EF1000LFP back because of something I did. (Not the machine). I sent the email, and then noticed they had a US phone number. When I called the US number, they were aware of the email I had just sent !!And I dealt with a real person (Kein) who handled my return process, told me what to expect as far as timeline, etc. And kept me updated as far as return acceptance, etc. At the end of the timeline when the machine was not ready yet, he replaced my EF 1000 LFP with a new one.Really impressed with the support from Kein.As for the machine itself, it’s my first Pecron and I really like it. I like that it can take it AC and Solar simultaneously and export AC and DC at the same time. All 4 can happen at once.I would like to see improvements in the app. Most importantly would be the ability to have it not draw from grid, unless battery percentage falls below a certain percentage that I can set.

Solid power station at a great price. Wish I had known about this sooner.
I have had a 180g reef aquarium for close to 20 years. Some of the fish I’ve had over a decade. Due to a recent power outage that lasted 10 hours, I lost multiple fish totaling $4000. Power outages in the past had averaged 3-4 hours, but a 10 hour outage meant no oxygenated water for the fish.I bought this power station after doing a lot of research and this model was given an A+ by youtube battery reviewer “Jasonoid”. I decided to give this a try after further research revealed that Pecron was an up and coming best bang for your buck power station.This little battery is great. A test run on my aquarium ran the pump for 11 hours, which would have covered my last power outage. For peace of mind, I also bought the EP3000 expansion battery in case the outage lasts even longer. The test run for this set up lasted 40 hours.In the process, I’ve also had multiple questions, from simple to complex, and despite reading about concerns over Pecron’s customer service, I had a pleasant experience. It seems they are based overseas because emailing a question will get a response overnight. Kein has been the customer service rep responding to my questions and he has always responded the next day. He has been friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It seems the online comments about Pecron’s less than stellar customer service have turned the corner.I’m overall very happy with both Pecron’s products and customer service, and now waiting to see what black friday sales they have. I am considering a whole house backup with either the E3600LPF or F3000LFP
