Quality smart doorbell at reasonable price
Happy I transitioned from a traditional doorbell and this required minimal installation. Plug and play, no wiring. It requires downloading an app but that’s easy. Like all other services, it costs money to view the videos. I get alerts on who has triggered motion and view in real time. I do not live on the bottom floor so the communication function is convenient. Sound quality is pretty good for the price. Not worried about battery life.

More then on doorbell is labeled front door
I purchased 2 of these door bells. I did have to chat within the app with a question and I was able to set them up myself and work through the issue I had with their help. The only problem I have with these doorbell/cameras is that I have 1 on my front door and 1 at my more widely used side door. On the app they are both labeled front door and you cannot change that. So when the doorbell rings you have to have your phone to know where to go or check both doors.

Video quality and installation is good.
Video quality, size and installation was perfect, would’ve given 5 stars, model number is N32 you cant find it on the set up website, so I had to use the model number that was the closest or looked the same as the model unit. Other than that it works perfect.

This doorbell was easy to set up and connect through the app. It is pretty lightweight, so I mounted it with command strips which works just fine. The battery life is impressive, considering it has been monitoring all motion and sending me notifications each time. The app displays photos of anyone who has triggered motion. You can also have a two-way conversation to the door from your phone and view it in real-time.
