Disappointed
Very Disappointed.I purchased this as a replacement for my laptop. I was super excited as the set up was pretty straight forward, I also let it run to complete all of the updates. Next time I tried to use it, it BLACK screened with my cursor hanging out. I reached out for support and read online possible troubleshooting options and nothing worked. I tried to call the company but kept getting informed that I needed to visit the website. Um… I can’t access the internet on your pc geniuses, how would you like to me to get support from your website? I am returning this and looking for a more customer friendly company.
