TINY text instructions. Props break quickly and hard to fly. Cheap quality and frustrating
You need a magnifying glass to read the instructions. 30 x barely cuts it. Locating the part to access the battery for charging was challenging. The device is fragile so you can easily break it. The battery pack is on the back and it slide off for charging. You have to pay attention to detail meaning locate the part of the battery that plugs in to know which way to try and slide it off the drone. The other issue I had so far was the USB cable which had a real hard time fitting into any port on my laptop or usb hub. It’s like it’s too big but I managed to force it in. Hopefully it didn’t break the port on my PC. I find this somewhat difficult to use. It flies great. I’m taking two stars off for the HORRIBLE instructions and poor quality USB connector on the charging cable. This is supposed to be fun not frustrating. I would imagine a child would have this destroyed in just a few hours. It’s a good thing the price is fair. This would be a winning product if they upped the quality and printed a larger instruction book and/or online video instructions. How hard can that be? They don’t even have to say a word just demonstrate. Flying this is CHALLANGING to say the least. You have to learn how to do it and what do you have to learn from? Instructions that require a large magnifying glass. Every time I got the thing to fly I had a hard time controlling it and it ran into a wall and the props broke every time. I’m down to one spare left then I have to throw this in the trash. I’m an electronics geek. I literally have hundreds of items and gadgets. I rank this the WORST I have reviewed and I have reviewed hundreds of items. Most of the items I have reviewed earned a min of 4 stars and most got 5. I would give this a minus five if I could.

Great little drone that will shock you for the price
This little drone flys great! If you tweak with the forward trim and put it on top speed you can really get it moving and spinning around. But also very easy and forgiving for someone wanting to learn on the lower speed setting

Waste of money. Flies ok-once. Then usb charge cord broke and wont plug into battery so, Junk. Too much of a pain to return- plus, zero tracking and product showed up way late. Waste of money.

Maybe good for indoor spaces, not much more.
It goes up and down easy enough, but it’s so light that any slight breeze (not even 5 mph) will make flying it virtually impossible.

Absurd – no customer service contact information product, not as described by seller
1) no available PORT to be able to charge the drone. The video describes a port that’s installed. Somewhere on the drone will not on the drone that they sent me. There is no port to charge the drone.2) the instructions have no information about installing the required app in order to use the remote and the drone. And the instructions are written so small that they are impossible to read absolutely ridiculous.
