User-friendly Smart Plugs for iOS / Android Users
For iOS users: We do recommend that you configure HomeKit products in the Meross app first. The Meross app offers the latest firmware updates so that you can use the firmware in a more stable and secure way. Once paired up with Meross app, the devices can be controlled in both Meross and Home app.
For Android users: It works with any Android smartphone or tablet with Android 4.1 or higher. Android users will have an effortless experiences when configure with Meross app. Then skill ‘Meross’ with your smart speakers as you wish.
WiFi request: Connect your iPhone to 2.4GHz home WiFi while setting up HomeKit. If you are having a Mesh WiFi name for both your 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi and it keeps fail during setup. You may need to turn off the 5GHz on your WiFi router temporarily. Make sure that your smart device is always covered by strong WiFi signal, otherwise your smart device may not respond to Home app.

Just works.
Meross makes a plug that just works. Also with Apple HomeKit. I have 3 of their smart plug products and they exceed my expectations. They maintain connection and remain trouble free for years. That’s why I purchased this item. I’m satisfied with this version as well.

Very nice addition to my small smart home network
A few years ago, “smart home” sounded like some expensive future luxury. Thank to the fast development of affordable/practical smart home modules & ecosystems (i.e. Homekit, etc) the “smart home” is easily accessible for everyone. Instead of having your home retrofitted with some whole home “smart house” system, it seems to come in small incremental steps (at least for me). It started with a smart thermostat, them smart cameras, then a Meross smart garage door module (awesome product by the way) … all these have opened my mind to other areas for “Smart Home” automation. Recently I found myself crawling under my desk to unplug a set of studio monitor speakers which didn’t have an off off switch – that got old quick so since I liked how my Meross Garage door opener was compatible with my Google home, I decided to buy the Meross MS110HK smart plugs because they were HomeKit compatible so I can use SIRI to control my plugs with a simple voice command. Th plugs were not yet on the market so I contacted Meross support and they were awesome as they kept my name on file and contacted me to let me know when they were ready for purchase (great customer support). I quickly found more uses for the smart plug so decided to buy the Meross Dual Smart Plug – works great and just adds more functionality to my already small smart home setup. I like that you can identify each plug separately. Love that these are Homekit compatible and also work with my Google home voice commands. When I go on vacation, it is simple to setup these plugs to turn on lights on a set schedule for security. So many uses, great integration with other smart home ecosystems and great support – what more could you want. Highly recommend. One note: at first the plugs were a bit hard to insert into the unit but if you worked them a bit, you could loosen the connection so plugs would fit smoothly.

Works Great after Setup
This is a great product and works well with Alexa. The only issue is the setup with Apple Home. More of an issue with Apple getting in the way during setup. I used Home before the last IOS update to 26.0.1. Home hasn’t worked since. The Meross setup still requires Home for the setup unless you reset it and eventually led Home time out. That takes way too long.

Excellent HomeKit Support
This is a great smart outlet that features HomeKit support and the ability to control the two different outlets independently. The product is well packaged, the build quality is great and it comes with simple setup instructions. I set up the product inside the Apple Home app, which worked very well, but it is important to note that the product only supports 2.4GHz WiFi, so to avoid potential issues be sure to disable the 5GHz band on your router before attempting to set up this product. The Apple Home app automatically configures the product for your WiFi etc, so all you need to do is name each of the outlets and configure the room in your home where the device is placed.My video shows operation within the Apple Home app, but after setup you can link the product to the Meross app which enables Google Home/Amazon Alexa support, and the ability to update the firmware. Overall, this is a great smart outlet, and I have faced no issues using it with Apple Home, Google Assistant or the Meross App, and would not hesitate to purchase it again.

Another solid smart home device from meross
I have been a long time user of meross products and have a dozen or more around the house for managing everything from lamps, to our coffee pot, to holiday lights. I also have their garage door opener. They’ve all been solid performers and comparable to the much more expensive brands (which I also own several versions of). So when I saw their newest dual outlet product, I decided to pick one up to try, thinking that it will simplify a few areas of our decorations. I set up routines via Alexa to turn on lights at different times, ensure the coffee pot is turned off, etc.Like all the meross products I have so far, the setup on this device was super easy. Each individual plug is individually controllable via the app, routines, and Alexa. However, one slight downsize is that the physical button only controls both outlets together and there isn’t a way to physically turn on/off only one outlet at a time. That’s not a problem for my application, but might be for you depending on your planned use.I added a couple pictures to compare the size to other devices. You can see that the dual outlet is about the same size as a single wemo and not much larger than the single meross that I already have. The single meross devices are designed to fit together in an outlet (one above the other), but the dual is slightly taller and doesn’t fit easily over another device. You can see this in my third picture. They both work at the slight angle, but aren’t as secure as I like.Overall the meross smart devices have been a solid smart home system for me. And this dual smart plug is another useful addition for certain senarios.

Hasta el momento un buen producto, no me dio ningún problema en configurarlo para HomeKit, quizá solo el hecho de conectarlo momentáneamente a una extensión para poder leer el código. Fuera de ahi, un buen funcionamiento.

Este SmartSwitch funciona bastante bien con HomeKit, para configurarlo tienes que hacerlo desde la app Home del iPhone si todo sale bien podrás utilizarlo enseguida y si te causa un problema en la instalación ten un poquito de paciencia para resetear el smartswitch y todo funcinonará de maravilla, podrás encontrar un resumen de instalación dentro de el instructivo. ya encontrarás la mejor manera de configurar los switches y ambientaciones que necesites, en mi caso configurar unos difusores y otros accesorios que no son smart, te recuerdo que no deberás conectar accesorios de alto voltaje como planchas y lavadoras pues estos dispositivos no soportan tanto voltaje así que ten cuidado con lo que conectas. en fin buen producto!

This is my 3rd Meross dual outlet. They all work the same. Most of the time they’re ok but once in a while they lose the wifi and become “unreachable” for a while. Nothing can be done; unplugging/re-plugging doesn’t make any difference. The Meross app has a few strange behaviors as well. Sometimes the device icons in the app flash randomly. It doesn’t affect the function, only the appearance in the app. Also, while the individual plugs are highly customizable in the app, the dual outlets are not. I complained to Meross; their answer was not helpful and they have not made any improvements. I use these plugs with HomeKit and they work fine.
