Well-built LED strip with strong smart home integration and vivid color output
This light strip has been a solid addition to my smart home setup. At 32.8 feet, it offers enough length to line the back of a TV, under cabinets, or around the perimeter of a room without needing extensions. The strip comes in two segments that connect easily, and installation is simple thanks to the strong adhesive backing. It lies flat without peeling or sagging.Setup was smooth using Apple HomeKit. The included QR code paired instantly through the Home app, and the lights were responsive from the start. I’ve since added it to automations and scenes, and it performs consistently. It also integrates with other systems—Siri, Alexa, Google Assistant, and SmartThings all recognized it without issues. That cross-platform support is a standout feature if you’re using more than one smart home assistant.Color control is extensive, with a wide range of RGB shades and both warm and cool whites. Brightness is adjustable and sufficient to light up a small to medium room with ambient glow. Transitions are smooth whether you’re using scenes, voice commands, or app sliders. The app also includes a few preset modes for effects like pulsing or gradual fades, which are useful for mood lighting.The strip is not waterproof, so it’s best kept indoors and away from humid areas. The power adapter is a bit bulky, but it’s easy to tuck behind furniture. Once installed, the entire setup runs quietly and reliably with no disconnects or lag.Overall, this is a dependable smart LED strip with strong compatibility and vibrant performance. Good with a Big Flaw!
I have both the old 32ft version and the new 16ft one, and they both have a major flaw! If you live in an area that power outages are common, these need a hard reset after power is back! It means you have to disconnect them from the wall, wait a few seconds, and plug them back in. Probably because they only try to connect to your Wi-Fi router a few times and then they give up/time out. Of course after power is back on the router takes 20-30 seconds to reboot, and these lights will never join the network! Major flaw and hopefully they will fix it in a firmware update, so they try to connect to the network every few minutes when if it fails.The new version doesn’t have the protective plastic on top of the lights, and I was worried touching the bare circuit with my hands, but the produced colors are prettier. It’s also more flexible because it doesn’t have the rigid coating, and seems to have better adhesive tape than this model. The adaptor also has one output for one strip while this 32ft old version has two outputs where you can attach two separate strips. They both connect to HomeKit the same way, and Siri works great if they succeed in connecting to the WiFi.Overall, these are useful good devices, but please solve the bugs. Thanks for reading, and YMMV.Update January 2022:I see that these lights get to the network after a power loss. So that’s not an issue anymore, but they still turn ON even if they were off before the power loss when power resumes.Also if you get an error message like “failed with osstatus code 5 (EIO)“ during HomeKit setup, try separating your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi to use a different name than the 5GHz, and change the channel manually to 1, 6, or 11. Only one of them worked for me: 11. But one of these channels should resolve that error. Hope this helps some time and frustration for some people.

Empacadas impecablemente vienen dos rollos de 5 metros bien sellados y el controlador es muy fácil de instalar, se agrega a HomeKit muy fácil, y n oye tenido problemas de cambiar los colores, lo recomiendo mucho, un poco costosas, pero creo que valen la pena, no me arrepiento de la compra,

le doy 5 estrellas por que definitivamente funcionan bien y son buenos leds que sin duda dan una luz distinta y bonita el único problema que veo es que debería existir una opción dentro de la app que por ejemplo cuando haya pérdida de energía por ejemplo cuando se va la luz debe recordar la última configuración algo que hacen por ejemplo los focos de philips pero en fin no son malos pero pueden ser mejores
