This Lenovo Chromebook exceeded my expectations!
I have been a Microsoft user on PC’s and Laptops since Windows was first introduced back in the 80’s. I am in my late 70’s, now retired and no longer in need of all that Windows offers. I’ve been using this Chromebook for a couple of weeks now, and I am really impressed. It has its drawbacks, but Google Drive gives me all I really need for a word processor and spreadsheets. I can import all of my old Windows files easily.I opted for the full keyboard because I like having the 10-key pad without the extra keystroke for each digit.The screen quality is awesome and I am really surprised at the sound quality. The sound is so much brighter and louder than and laptop I have ever used.I wish I had the backlit keypad and touch screen, but now that I am on a fixed income, I need to keep the costs down. The tactile feel of the keyboard is excellent.I am extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality product at a reasonable cost.

Great price, works well for a basic Chromebook but…It’s huge, which could be an advantage and for me the touchpad gets wonkus when it’s plugged in. Never experienced that before. I’m keeping it as it was only $160.

This was exactly what I needed. I was looking at overpriced computers, and then came across this affordable one and it is perfect. It goes online. When you turn it on, it tells you what to do. It was online within five minutes. Very happy with this computer.

Charging Port stopped working after 3 months, warranty doesn’t cover the charging port. JUNK Now
Lasted 3 months. The only Charging port stopped working. Brought in for service, and was informed Lenovo considers a bad charging port “Customer Induced Damage”, not covered under warranty.This Chromebook only has 1 USB-C Charging port, and when it goes, the entire chromebook is junk.I bought HP chromebooks in the past, and they lasted over 5 years each, and had 2 USB-C ports that could charge the chromebook.The repair center offered to fix the charging port for $149.00, I opted to throw it away, since the new USB-C port would probably only last 3 months.I will only buy Chromebooks with more than 1 USB-C port in the future.I don’t think I will be buying anything from Lenovo in the future.This review is for a Lenovo FHD Chromebook.

I got this laptop for basic use. I’m not savvy with technology but this meets my needs. I’m able to join video calls and browse online with no hiccups. The WiFi range works throughout my house. It’s a good size screen with clear graphics. It’s a great entry level budget friendly little computer.
