Great refurbished laptop for the price.
I received the Chromebook as promised and on time. This is in excellent condition. I like the style of the device. Seems to be very sturdy and thats a plus. The charger that comes with it not the greatest but thats an easy fix. Its a C charger so thats easy. Over all after I update the OS and get it set up I think this should be a great device for my grandson. Battery life seems okay thus far. I charged it and its held the charge over night which is a plus. The screen quality is good, no issues with that. This is not a touchscreen device. The functionality is perfect for a kid. The Chromebook doesnt seem to be laggy from what I can tell. I guess that will be determined once he plays an online game, stream, etc. So far so good with everything. Its only been a day. If anything changes I will edit my update. (Pictures attached to show condition. I purchased the EXCELLENT CONDITION-refurbished device).

Great deal excellent product
I’m amazed at the quality of this renewed Chromebook. It’s WAY better than I imagined it would be, very clean, functions like a brand new model, battery life is as good as new (showing 12 hours at full) but I realize that might not be true for everyone. For the price, I feel like I got an excellent value, and I was fully aware that the Chrome updates end in mid-2027, you need to check that before you buy so you are not disappointed. Now I have a really great travel chromebook, I won’t do any serious work on this, no Chromebook is really a serious business/working adult tool, but it’s perfect for shopping, watching Prime, Pluto, Tubi, checking airlines, making hotel, train reservations. Will definitely consider Amazon Renewed again!

Not bad so far
Upon opening it laptop did not boot up. It needed to charge a few minutes. Once it started the keyboard did not function and would not respond. Googled the issue and it suggested a hard reset. The hard reset worked perfectly. I was able to move forward with setting up the Chromebook and it’s been working fine since.

dont get duped by the photos
i received a lenovo 81er which is the first gen lenovo chromebook not the advertised 81QB0000US which is the second gen i thought i was buying, delivery was delayed multiple times laptop arrived well packaged dead battery with appropriate charger light scuffing on outside when opened the screen had what looked to be cardboard particles all over it the crevice where the screen meets the keyboard had visible gunk on itthere is anunknown white scuff on the plastic face above the keyboard under the keys had dust and debris which makes me question if it was even cleaned at all when first powered on the language was set to french which was a pain in the rear to change to English charged to full battery in an hour and a half when i chose from options i picked the (like new) doesn’t quite fell like that had to install 3 updates and restart all three times like i said in the headline this is not the same laptop as advertised the one i received does not have the larger sd card port but instead a micro sd card port it also does not have a hdmi port what i did recive has 2 female usb 3.0 slots a type c charger port a micro sd port a headphone jack and a type c female port the laptop does open flat as advertised but was forsure not the advertised item or cleaned like stated in the product bio. overall a 4/10 on the first day of use used it to type this its not very (like new) if you ask me take the video for what it is

Product functionality and sellers quick resolve
Satisfied entirely with the chrome book we purchased for my daughter as a Christmas gift! The original chromebook quit working about a week after Christmas; wouldn’t charge or turn on. Contacted the seller a they responded promptly to solve the issue and my daughter was thrilled to receive a brand new replacement delivered 2 days later!!! Definitely recommend

Purchased renewed, but seems like new. Works perfectly. Look to purchasing renew electronics first, less money and better for the environment.
