Why cannot use the F1-F12 keys as function keys in Linux?
Our keyboard uses Apple’s VID and PID and the Linux system does not support Apple’s VID and PID devices. If necessary, you can write us kisnt_vip @163.com, we will provide the next steps of guidance to upgrade.
How can I get the software for KN85?
You can download it through the website: www.kisnt.cn. Note: This keyboard is both Mac and Windows compatible, but the driver only supports Windows but the programming is only possible in wired mode and 2.4G mode with Windows.
Why have turn the keyboard to bluetooth mode but it does not show as discoverible on the laptop?
Be sure to hold down for FN+W more than 3 seconds until the W key flashes rapidly. (The same as FN+E/FN+R)
Then follow the steps of instruction manual!
Why the package doesn’t include extra keycaps?
We sincerely apologize for any confusion. In order to improve our procurement process, we no longer have separate keycaps from January 2025.
Why the keyboard becomes disconnected in the wireless mode?

Creamy Sound, Solid Build, Perfect Feel — Kisnt Got This Right
I kept seeing this keyboard everywhere — the one that kept getting away. I wasn’t sure about the build quality at first. Months ago, I saw a great review from Hipoyotec, but still didn’t pull the trigger. Eventually my keyboard addiction got the best of me, and I’m glad it did. This thing is thocky, creamy, sturdy, and feels like real quality when you’re using it. I love it. 100% worth the price. The layout on the right side is perfect, it works great with Linux, and it just looks slick.I do wish they included a bit more in the box — maybe extra caps or switches — but that’s just the spoiled keyboard addict in me talking. I’ve lost count of how many keyboards I own at this point. I’ll try anything: cheap, midrange, “premium.” I rarely spend over $150, and honestly, I usually stay under $90. I love finding hidden gems like this one.Half the fun of this hobby is taking something mediocre and making it great. A while back I bought a $7 keyboard off Amazon, swapped the switches, lubed it, threw on new caps, and took it traveling — it ended up becoming one of my favorites. Aluminum boards are gorgeous, sure, but they can be overrated. Leobog makes some fantastic ones too. I’ve got boxes of switches and caps I haven’t even opened yet. I’ve stopped counting. Probably over fifty by now. And don’t even get me started on HE switches — that’s another rabbit hole entirely.Anyway, back on track: this Kisnt keyboard is easily in my top ten, maybe even top five. Every Wednesday I rotate keyboards — swap, tune, re-evaluate — but this one doesn’t need a thing. It sounds and feels perfect right out of the box. Thanks, Kisnt. You nailed it.

Great budget keyboard
For the price this guy is awesome, I would definitely recommend!Right out of the box I love the look, switches feel smooth and sound of this keyboard is nice and thocky. I bought comparable keyboards in the same price range but this one had the keys I was looking for like the pgup/pgdn, dedicated arrow keys and the ability for customization with the removeable switches. This keyboard almost made me regret my $100 keyboard purchase but its missing the volume knob so yah.I typically use the keyboard in Bluetooth mode and I don’t notice any delay/lag but I don’t use it for any type of competitive gaming. One thing I noticed is that the battery life on this is a bit low as it seems I have to charge it often in the middle of my gaming session so like 3/4 hours fully charged. But I also use that as a reminder for me to go and touch grass.

Impressive creamy keyboard w/ BT
The battery life has been great especially since I forget to charge my stuff. I have charged it twice since I have had it, and I don’t even think it needed it. Bluetooth connectivity is spot on and and easy to setup. I got this keyboard for the creamy keyboard sounds and the price point. It has been a wonderful experience to use. The way it lights up after each keystroke is just another cool bonus. If you’re looking for a creamy keyboard that you can swap keycaps, you won’t be disappointed. The stock keycaps are nice as well, just saying.

A superb mechanical keyboard w/ great tactile
It is unbelievable you can buy such a good mechanical keyboard for such a reasonable price. I am NOT a mechanical keyboard expert but I’ve used many mechanical keyboards when they used to be standard with servers, workstations and even IBM office/personal computers. I have a couple of inexpensive (<$60) mechanical keyboards and used other higher-quality mechanical keyboards, which makes me an Internet expert ;). All kidding aside, this is the best mechanical keyboard I have owned and seems on-par with more expensive mechanical keyboards. It has great tactile feel and the sound these mechanical switches make depresses is pleasing. The quality, heft, and double-shot keys make it a real bargain but they also included a coupleof spare switches and a key cap puller. While I have only ever spent $60 on a mechanical keyboard in the past but this keyboard is significantly better in every way. It’s a joy to use and the tactile experience and sound while typing is top-notch. I couldn’t imagine a better keyboard for <$100. It represent a true Internet bargain (which are increasingly difficult to find these days). Hats off to the supplier/manufacturer for keeping the prices and quality where they were before everyone and their sister found out your secret.

Puntos a favor:Excelente sensación y respuesta lineal.

Awesome keyboard that punches above its weight. Stock switches are louder than I’d like, but hey it’s a custom keyboard, so just swap them out easily for anything you like. For the price it’s great keyboard. ONLY major issue is I like separate numpad controllers (I put these on the right of my mouse so it’s quicker) but Kisnt only make these seperate numpads for the two other colour schemes that exist. The beige and green scheme is missing.

This is really good by the sounds and the build quality is really good
