Excellent Outdoor Smart Plug – Reliable and Easy to Use
I’ve been using the product for about three weeks now, and it has worked flawlessly. The setup process was very easy using the Kasa app, and connecting it to Alexa was quick and straightforward.The plug responds instantly to voice commands through Alexa, and having two independent sockets is very convenient for controlling multiple outdoor devices at the same time. Great product. The setup was very easy and is now compatible with the Tapo app so that’s one less app to clutter my screen.The double outlets work independently which isn’t a big deal for my Christmas lights but I’m sure it’s handy for other applications

I realized its not easy to find an outdoor smart plug that has individual control of the outlets! What a headache that was, & lots of searching to find this! Luckily I did & its perfect! I do wish that the cord came in more options as far as length and also that it wasn’t SO thick! But I made it work & am happy with my results. I needed to be able to turn on my outside string lights on my phone vs having to plug/unplug them everytime I went outside. Now I can control all that from my phone & even have it on a schedule which is even better!! (:I did think it said I could use them ‘smart life’ app & was a bit disappointed to see it only showed the ‘kasa’ app on the setup directions (another app to add to my smart home folder in my phone :/ lol). No big deal though, im just happy to of found this, that it has individual control of the outlets and that it seems to work great so far! Every/anything else i can work around. I also like that it has little covers for the plug(s) not in use. Bit flimsy & thin but still work & better than nothing I think considering its outside. Where I have mine- my porch rarely ever gets water that far back so im not worried about it getting wet or anything but I still just like the option & that the covers are there.I definitely recommend. So far its been great, its been about a week almost 2 now. Im very happy with it & it works as expected. Cord is pretty thick & short but aside from that, its great! & it seems to be slim pickings anyways as I mentioned above so considering that as well.. this thing is awesome! Very happy! Very easy to set up & maneuver the app which is a big plus as well!! (:

Works well, but right-angled plug is limiting and annoying
Works well. Easy to setup. Matter over wifi or just wifi. Works with home assistant. Only thing to be aware of is that it’s a right-angled plug. So you can basically only use one of these and if you have a protected, sunk in outlet box outdoors, it makes it really hard to plug it in. Wish they’d go back to the straight plug instead.

Setup Was Easy the First Time!
High-quality product. I used Apple HomeKit to set these up and it worked quickly and flawlessly the first time (!). Each outlet is individually addressable, so this is essentially two smart plugs for the price of one.

Ubiqué el dispositivo en el exterior para el encendido de dos guirnaldas de bombillas en mi jardín. Ya he comprado previamente algunos productos Kasa, focos solamente y son una excelente opción, en esta ocasión necesitaba un smartplug para exteriores y me decidí por este, realmente creo que es una opción bastante accesible, la calidad de materiales es buena, su construcción se ve robusta, si creo la presunción de que sea para exteriores. Además la configuración fue extremadamente sencilla, no es necesario ningún hub, ya que basta abrir la aplicación y en pocos minutos está listo. Sin lugar a dudas una buena opción para exteriores.
