Surprisingly Fantastic!
I was skeptical about this watch. I was looking for a nice work watch that would take a little punishment. Well this thing is way better than I expected. It works circles around my Samsung Galaxy watch. Only needs to be charged every couple weeks instead of everyday.

How to take blood pressure reading
Overall, it is a good value item.Only deficiency I found is the documentation on taking a blood pressure reading, then interpreting the result is NON-EXISTENT.

Bad charging cable.
Watch is great but the charging cable came apart within 1.5 months of use. Keep in mind this cable has been in a designated charging area so other than the nightly charging it does not get disturbed. I cannot find a way to communicate with the company to order a replacement-I will update if I am able to. Without the charger this awesome watch is just useless.
