Bad Product / Bad Customer Service
**DO NOT BUY!** Not only are the headphones terrible, but JBL’s customer service is too. I purchased these headphones as a gift for my daughter, and within the first five minutes of using them, the cushioning fell off the headset. I tried to reattach it, but it was nearly impossible. Since I was outside the return window, I contacted JBL, and they sent me replacement cushions in a different color than the headset.During that time, I was under the impression that I would receive a new headset, so I disposed of the broken ones. When just the cushions arrived, I emailed JBL to ask for the replacement headset, but they informed me that I had to return the broken unit, which I had already thrown away. Overall, this is poor customer service. Who would want replacement cushions in a different color from the rest of the headphones?

Yes! Love them. I can’t do the traditional air buds that everyone does, so I have to do old school. I’ve bought several brands that really were not great and didn’t last long. These were awesome and didn’t break the bank. The sound is amazing. They are easy to use.

These are a perfect fit for my 10 year old! A great step up from the smaller headphones and not as big like the adult size! My daughter loves them and a great color too!

Not for the kid who likes their entire ear covered…
These headphones sit on top the ear…they do NOT completely cover and surround the entire ear. My teen realised that they prefer the over-ear style of headphone so I had to return these…that being said, the color was great, sound quality was great, and they’re wired per school requirements. No complaints about the item…just needed a different style of ear cup.

Flat cord is more annoying than I expected
These are okay, but I don’t like them. Sound is okay, purple color is nice, fit is just acceptable. And the cord is a menace. It’s flat. It flips and twists and gets caught in things that a normal cord would ignore. It doesn’t store well or lay flat, it wants to be full length all the time. Eventually these are going to break from getting the cord caught and pulled. I will try to get Velcro ties to tame it.

These headphones were awesome. Especially in the gym. They drowned out the gym music that was loud and helped me focus. On the other hand they were so good my kids stole them from me lol.
