Why my power bank provide fewer charges than expect?
Usually an external battery could supply 60%-70% power to other devices. Approximately 30-40% of the battery capacity is lost in circuit heat and voltage conversions. So a fully charged INIU 20000mAh can offer 12000-14000 mAh to your devices.
How to calculate the possible number of charges?
“Industry-standard formula: (Rated capacity × 65%) ÷ Device battery capacity ≈ Number of Charges.
eg. (20,000mAh Powerbank × 0.65) ÷ 3279mAh iPhone14 battery ≈ 4.0 charges”
How long does it take to 100% recharge?
“It depends on the power of the wall charger used:
20W charger – 5.4 hrs, 15W fast charger – 6.6 hrs.
Note: Please recharge via the USB-C port.”
Why doesn’t it charge at max power all the time?
INIU power banks feature a Smart Temperature Monitoring System that adjusts output to prevent overheating. It delivers max power when your device is low, then reduces power to protect your battery and improve efficiency.
Is it allowed on airplanes?
Yes, our 20000mAh power bank meets the regulations of TSA(Transportation Security Administration) for carring board(≤100wh≈27,027mAh).

Overall, a fantastic power bank that’s well designed and reliable. Highly recommended!
Excellent power bank, very happy with this purchase. It’s extremely compact for its capacity and easy to carry around. Charging speed is fast and stable, and the build quality feels solid and premium.A big bonus is the built-in flashlight — a really nice extra that comes in handy, especially at night or while traveling. The display is clear and makes it easy to check the battery level.

Good stuff!
My partner took this with him to Japan to charge his phone while he was on the plane and around Tokyo. Great product, not too heavy. Works great. Now he takes it to work with him! Battery life is good. Charging does take a while, but it’s worth it.

Amazing power in a small size
This is a small but high battery life product. I have owned many other brands so had a lot of experience with different style power packs. This one is the smallest overall while still holding 20,000mah. Both USB-C ports are in/out so they can be used to charge the powerpack or power other devices, while the USBA is just out. I love the lanyard doubles USB-C to USB-C cable so you always have one on the go. Due to the small design, this is very portable. It seems like a very solid unit that will last a long time.

Power from a brick.
This is a very good power bank. I bought this to recharge a tablet that I use at work and it does a great job. There is power to spare for recharging my IPhone. It is heavy, and takes a few hours to recharge via usb, but the build quality is good and I recommend it for a budget friendly power bank.

Worth the money
Quality is superb compared to other charging docs. Charges fast with juice leftover. Comes with a mini charger that doubles as a wrist holder. Small enough to fit in your back pocket

It’s worth it, especially at sub $30.
I work 10 and 1/2 hour shifts and listen to music. When my phone (S23 Ultra) gets below 30% I let it charge. This charger gets it up to about 90% pretty quickly and still has 80% juice left. 1% on the charger gets my phone up by about 3%. I charge it after work but could use it every day and get by only recharging it on the weekends. It’s about the size of a pack of Newport shorts and a little heavy. But it’s compact to be a seriously heavy duty portable charger.

Awesome!
This was a perfect purchase before a long travel it’s simultaneously charged my iPad and iPhone when I needed it. Sleek design and very portable. I recommend this if you’re wanting a power bank that could charge 2 devices at once with a USB-C cable attached at all times. Very functional and good quality and it charges very fast.

Charger for all your needs. Tad heavy.
This charger is smaller than my past one, but it’s still quite heavy and bulky. It does include a strap that is actually the lightning cord that can be used to charge the compatible phones or gadgets as well as the charger itself.Functionality: It has a flashlight on it as well that I find useful during travel days. I can charge up to three devices at once. I can also charge the charger while charging the other devices since it has two in/out ports as well as one out only port for electricity movement.Utility/ Compatibility: The small bag it came with lets me keep my additional cords for the iPhone 12/ Beats Flex/ and Apple Watch 9.Battery life: I can generally charge my phone three times to a full charge and my watch on low power mode three times before needing to recharge the charger itself.I’ve brought it with me everywhere and folks are generally happy I have it to help them out with recharging their devices in a pinch with no issues.

Buying Stuff –
Do I recommend it , Short Answer Yes! I’m dept reviewI bought this because of the changing in times we are living in & the power going out here in Ireland, been in my mid 30’s it’s honestly unheard of the power going downBut it happens more & more often unfortunately this is why I bought it & to update for ones I bought years ago with a well known safe brandI own over ten power banks, This build quality is in the top 3 it really is!You get a full 3 year warranty with itIt’s super sleek , it’s Really well made , it’s small it’s not that heavy for the mAh it’s really notIt has a really nice display that’s big & clear , mine came with 55% which is the normYou get a USB A to USB C cable it’s not long maybe 6/7 inches ( that’s my only con which is nitpicking as they often don’t come with one )The packaging is really nice , it’s very straight forward, push on , 2 fast pushes for the LED Light & sane to turn off super easy.Been USB C , It can recharge a lot faster & it’s really quick to charge my IPhone 11 usb A to LightenPeople might think it’s heavy , For the power 20,000mAh it’s really not!, it’s really sleek & has a soft feel like velvet is the best way I can explain it but it’s really sturdy! But you can tell it’s made to last & anything with 3 year’s warranty at this price with this much power & at the speed it charges your phone or itselfIt’s a steal , such a bargain!I 100% recommend this. Buy it!*EDIT – UPDATE* – I charged this to 90% ( btw is the norm don’t charge to 100% and put stress on the batteries just sitting there as it’s just sitting there )So 7 weeks later I checked it today 5th of June 2025 , it’s still at 90% & I plugged it in my phone for 15 mins , didn’t get hot , works perfectly as expected with the build quality reviews & from tech sites it’s the cheap but amazing quality powerbank( build quality is my number 1 and it meets it it’s no different than my Ankler or Ugreen )now I know I can put this in the drawer knowing when the power goes Click! I’m good ,is such a peace of mind , this is the very same quality as Ankler & Ugreen imo, power is power at the end of the day, yes INIU is a new company, but with millions sold in the states & all over Europe & no horror stories, it’s such a peace of mind ,also it’s not heavy IMO , it’s not it weight is about 4 times your phone ( if that is heavy to you ) if you are going out for a day long train or an overnight event 10,000mAh is Loads ,imo this is for an emergency , I can’t rate it higher for the cost , build quality , power holding , and the price in around €20 quid it’s such a steal ,Said I’d update to help someone to decide! As build quality is the most important thing to me then the power & it does both whats it ment to , on the tin so to speakAnd who doesn’t like a bargain , it will definitely go up in price. Hope this helps someone out
