Easy-to-Use Thermostat with Accurate Temperature Control
I installed this HEATIT programmable thermostat for an electric radiant floor heating system, it has been working extremely well and it was easy to connect to our Wi-fi.The touchscreen is responsive and simple to navigate, making it easy to adjust schedules or change the temperature on the fly. The wide voltage range (85V–265V) is a big plus because it works with different setups without extra adapters. Once installed, the thermostat maintains a steady, accurate temperature, which makes the floor heating feel much more consistent and comfortable.Programming daily or weekly schedules is straightforward, and the unit responds quickly to changes. The sleek black design looks modern on the wall and blends well with other smart home devices.If there’s one small note, the installation does require basic wiring knowledge, but the instructions are clear enough for someone with experience in home electrical work.Overall, this is a reliable, efficient thermostat that adds both convenience and comfort to radiant floor heating.

It’s so bare minimum, it’s aweful
Good: It controls the heat. Bad: everything else you’d expect from a thermostat.* It’s made for EU/UK wall openings. There is no adapter plate included for the US. There are 3D printed models you can find to help.* Half of the settings are on the device, half in the app, you need to remember which is where.* On-device settings are done through three buttons, having to hold multiple buttons for specific number of seconds.* The app UI is confusing, does not scale correctly on tablets, some elements are outside of the screen, includes a bunch of irrelevant items, hides scheduling in behind multiple screens.* The integration with Google Home is useless. You can connect it, but then can only turn it on and off, not control the temperature.* The documentation is poor and confusing. You have to guess which wires go where, what settings to pick.I’d throw it away, but invested too much time to get it working.

Great well-made thermostat! Excellent Smart Technology!
Upon opening the box from Heatit, I immediately noticed a huge scratch on the front of the thermostat itself. I realized that the peel off sticker was mainly what got scratched, however, upon peeling it off, I realize the scratch DID go into the glass itself! Scooby Doo, where are you? Little gooberThat is the only reason I am not giving this five stars as I just feel like it’s very important for the company to check their product before mailing anything out.My husband and I do have heated flooring in our bathrooms, so I was super excited to receive this Heatit programmable thermostat.It took my husband a little bit of time to figure out how to actually install the thermostat itself, however, once we figured it all out, I was super excited that it is programmable with any smart Wi-Fi, including the Warmme App, IOS/Android or Alexa!The thermostat itself has intelligent seven day programming which I like as you don’t have to keep fiddling with the thermostat itself. It has adaptive learning technology and learns to adjust to run times, your ideal temperature, and helps reduce energy.Anything that is smart technology, usually scares me, however, once my husband and I figured out how to start everything up with the start up wizard, it became obvious to us that it was pretty easy to work with and run.There is an actual room, temperature floor temperature set button, Wi-Fi button, day, and clock on the face of the thermostat itself.There are five options as far as the sensor selection goes. There’s a floor sensor run by floor sensor default. There is a room in sensor and this is run by built-in room sensors. There is a room in sensor and floor sensor that is run by built-in sensors with floor temperature limits, there is a room out sensor run by an external room sensor, and then there is a room out sensor and floor sensor, which is run by an external room sensor with a floor temperature limit.Just note that if you do choose the room sensor and floor sensor selection, the floor temperature limit must be set as to protect the floor. It actually seems a bit complicated, however, I promise you once you start messing with the buttons it becomes pretty clear that it’s very easy to use……especially if you have used any smart Wi-Fi thermostats in the past.I also like how the instructions are pretty user-friendly, you just have to focus on each area as one set of instructions runs off the next set pretty seamlessly. It is all integrated together and does begin to make sense once you get through all of the instructions.We were having an issue with our thermostat before and our heated floors, so I was super happy to find this smart Wi-Fi run thermostat! It sure makes life a lot easier!

Pros: Easy to install. The app is simple and does what it needs to do. Easy to program the thermostat, and the programmable settings work well.Cons: The thermostat measures both the floor temp via the included floor sensor, as well as the room temp. Unfortunately the room temperature sensor doesn’t function properly, as mine fluctuates wildly. In half an hour it has gone from 57F to 85F, while the actual temperature in the room was a steady 69F. The app allows you to calibrate the sensors by a few degrees, which would be helpful if the sensor was just reading consistently high and low. However this adjustability is not useful when the sensor temperature is rapidly oscillating in both directions. I don’t really want to pull this thing out but i’m going to have to return it otherwise my floor temp is going to alternate between burning and freezing.
