An Easy Thermostat!
I am legally blind.The unit that I had installed two years ago was impossible for me to read AT ALL!I am sure there are other similar thermostats out there. Although I was apprehensive at the $23 cost, I went ahead and bought this.A friend had it installed in thirty minutes!The unit works on two AA batteries. The battery compartment is easily accessible on the bottom front of the unit. NO FUMBLING AROUND!This unit is a basic unit. You cannot program it. It will work for an HVAC system (heat and cool) and is truly easy to see, with the large green backlit screen.A great item for the money, it is now only one week old, but I am hopeful it will last!Mike

Install was easy. Works good so far. The backlight comes on with a touch of a button and doesn’t change the settings on the first press which is nice. Easy to read. Appreciate you can replace batteries from front compartment.

Easy to use, moderate install.
Control works perfectly. Installation was a little bit of a challange, as the included instructions do not tell you how to wire for an older 2 wire wall furnace, I had to search online till I figured it out. I like that I can program a temp, and that it works on a battery rather than house power, so if the power goes out, I still have control of my heat. For the price, this is fantastic, and it’s easy to use, with a bright, clear display.
