Great tv led backlight
I am really enjoying this led backlight. It has many customized light color options in the app. You can customize it to fit your mood, scene, etc. This light can be controlled via the app or alexa. It was easy to set up and in no time I was connected. You can also turn off/on via physical button, however I use app or alexa to do that for me. Love it, functions well. Great vibrant colors and great quality.

Beautiful backlights………amazing technology….and a great price!
I think that this has to be one of the best Tv backlights around. I have tried different ones, all I have really liked all of them so far. But this backlight has so many lighting choices to choose from its difficult to pick just one. Technology really amazes me, and the price also amazes me too. I think that this was a great light and at a great price too. I normally like remotes with things, however, most seem to interfere with my other devices, so the apps work well too. Being that this has both bluetooth and Wifi that will work, that was the game changer for me cause if internet goes down then your in trouble. But these lights operate with bluetooth. As i am writing my review, i am still amazed and watching these lights. I have them at only 50% and still very bright. And also, it was a little tricky to install however, i think every tv is different but really not matter how you put them on your tv in the back, you still get a great light show, and kids will love these. I am having fun just switching back and forth trying the different lighting effects, so if you are thinking about purchasing this, i would say…..go ahead, for the price i think its an amazing deal if these hold up for a long time. I would take pictures however i do not think that you can really see how nice these lights are, i am sure others have posted videos on here and you really cannot see the effect through video, just spend a few dollars and buy these..

Great Lights and company
Arrived really fast. Light colors are better and brighter than the last “gen” I got from Govee. I’ve been using there products for awhile now from bulbs to led strips and have always been great products with minor things that have been fixed. I used them on my 75in tv and they wrap around great. Connecting to the app has always been super simple and easy. The new update to the app and lights is a lot of fun to play with, with a lot of preset option. My last set from them didn’t have that thick clear gel layer over the top of the strip like these do. It definitely helps protect the leds from any potential damage. Only issue I had with these lights was pulling the paper off the adhesive on the laed strip on the final strip (bottom strip for the tv). it ended up pulling off the sticky adhesive part off the lights and had to quickly try to lay it back on the led lights as straight as I could. It worked but now I have to always check that led area and push the led strip back onto the adhesive that still on the tv as now they start to fall off the back of the tv while the adhesive remains. Kinda of annoying. But that I’m sure isn’t an overall issue rather then my product I got. (Reason for my 4start and not 5) Overall I always highly recommend Govee products. My next purchase I want from them is the camera for the tv.

Incredible Lights with just a few minor drawbacks
Overall, these lights are terrific. They light up the living space with vibrant colors and bright effects. The RGBIC feature was something I didn’t know I wanted, but now I can’t live without. Especially in combination with other Govee lights, these strips bring some amazing ambiance and life to a room.The strips themselves, as others have mentioned, are overall good, but have some flaws.First, the good: I love that the strips are black so they don’t clash with the color of the TV. Also the dedicated corner wires make it so you don’t have to deal with the confusion on how to twist the strip around corners without breaking them, so that’s a big plus. I have a 55in TV and these fit around the back rim perfectly.The major flaw comes in the adhesive. This can really be hit or miss. For example, 3/4’s of my strip had good ahesive that has stayed secure for months now. However, out of the package, the last 1/4th of the strip had very little to no adhesive at all and could not hold itself up. Fortunately, Govee rectifies this by including some dedicated mounting brackets, so I was able to use them to finish mounting the strip. It would be better if the mounting brackets were colored black instead of white so the colors don’t clash, but functionally they get the job done where the adhesive fails.Despite that, the lights and the many patterns are great. The app itself to control the lights can be finicky, but after taking a few minutes to walk through the app, you’ll find the basic functions. I wish that there was a way to slow down some of the light patterns, as some of them are extremely fast moving.Overall, I would highly recommend these lights. They are affordable, versatile, and have a wide variety of features. The adhesive can be hit or miss, but regardless, these lights are terrific.

Don’t understand the bad reviews. Says it won’t synch with TV, so you shouldn’t be buying it if you are thinking that it will. It’s easy to install on the back of your TV. Just make sure you wipe it down with isopropyl alcohol and let the alcohol evaporate before you stick it on. It’s staying stuck on my TV. No issues. Easy to install on the GOVEE HOME app once you get the app on your phone. Easy to operate the lights from the GOVEE HOME app. Endless variations of colors to choose from. You can also dim it to the brightness you prefer. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend it to anyone.

Great White Elephant Gift!
Got this as a white elephant gift and it was a hit item!! I had one of these for my bedroom tv and I love it super simple to use with the app. Length is perfect for 65” TV and colors are super vibrant. I would avoid installing them to close to the outer edge of your TV otherwise the strip and lights will peak out. Overall, great quality and good gift idea for white elephant!

This changed how my wall and room looks & feel like after installation.It changed the whole vibe and ambience of the room.Then the App has so many features and controls and options. You can schedule things, have soft feel or warm feel or change into pop and rock & roll.Then mix is very sensitive and lights react to any sound, voice in the room or nearby.An awesome and out of the world experience.Great productGood quality.Only problem is with stickiness of the plastic pieces came with the Sri toe that are not too much sticky.The strip is veer well stocked behind the tvIt’s been few months now and product is working flawlessly.Great buyStrongly recommended.

Set up on an 55 inch TV and would still have room for size upgrade if / when we decide . Make watching TV a whole next experience – especially music shows and videos. These back lights provide an excellent variety of colour also like that they are dimmable. Easy set up on both Google Home and Amazon Echo as well as the Govee App. All the Govee products I’ve purchased are high quality and would definitely recommend.
