Bright and easy to use
These work well and get very bright. More than enough to light up my room. In fact I usually don’t turn the brightness up more than 50% unless I’m doing something where more light is useful.These were easy to install (it’s like any normal light bulb) and set up. I will note that these are picky and won’t connect to 5Ghz WiFi. These will also connect to your phone via Bluetooth in the app, without the need to be connected to WiFi.I enjoy the ability to adjust the color temperature, brightness, and sometimes the color for fun. Using these with the app or Alexa is pretty smooth as well. The app is well built too. I’ve been using Govee products for years and have zero complaints about the app.The only thing that bothers me is the lack of being able to use the physical light switch. I know Govee offers buttons and switches and I might give one of those products a try at some point. For now I either ask Alexa or if I want to turn them on and don’t feel like talking I’ll just flick the light switch off and on. They will turn on after a second or two and whatever they were set to last is preserved.I guess one other thing that bothers me (very little) is the latency between changing a setting and the bulb(s) taking effect. It is likely just my internet connection and it varies quite a bit from half a second to 5 seconds at worst, but rarely that bad.I should also note that the two bulbs function completely independently of each other, but can easily be put in a group in the app (and I think on Alexa if that’s more your thing) to function as one. They do occasionally get a bit out of sync when you change the color/brightness/on/off using the group – if you turn off the group, one might turn off and then the other will turn off a second or two later. It doesn’t bother me at all though.Overall good product that works without issues.

Smart lights – go for it
Impressed with the brightness of these smart bulbs, it pairs easily with android and apple phones. The app feature plenty of features to set the light color based on plenty of presets. There is option to create your own presets as well. I liked the inbuilt mode which changes the color based on sound changes (great for house parties).

Bright, colorful, and easy to use!
These bulbs have quickly become one of my favorite smart home upgrades. The colors are vibrant, the whites are clean, and the brightness easily lights up a whole room. Setup was simple and the Govee app makes changing colors and brightness levels quick and smooth. It was super easy to connect and I’ve had no issues!I love being able to set the mood with just my voice or a tap on my phone. Just, good.
Just good. I had some Roku bulbs before this. The software was a bit easier to use. I got these for the voice integration with Google Home. However. The software for this needs an overhaul. It’s not that easy to set up rooms and add those rooms or different Govee products to work together. It requires a bit more learning than a product like this should really require in my opinion. Also the software algas Ads running, which I think degrades my perception of this brand. I like the lights but at this level they should be putting more into consumer needs and simplicity. I’m by no means a beginner when it comes to tech. So yeah… Oh the Roku bulbs were brighter as well.

These things are bright!!!
As you can see in my video, these lights are incredibly bright! I literally have to turn the kitchen lights down to below 10% and mostly one percent or it blinds me. This is not a complaint. This is exactly what I was looking for. When it comes time to cleaning lighting up, the whole house is very useful at 100% power. These things take no power to begin with, so I can’t imagine how low the amount amount of 1%?The colors are nice, vivid and bright as well. They were super easy to connect to The Govee Home life app. You can change the temperature from warm to cool with a bar so you can put it exactly where you want it. I prefer warm so thats where I have mine.Highly recommend definitely worth the money.

Great bluetooth lightbulbs!
Really nice lightbulbs! I previously had Bluetooth lightbulbs from Govee before that were 800 lumens and I liked them a lot, but I recently got a new lamp that didn’t allow for as much light to filter through as my previous lamp. I decided to get these because they’re 1200 lumens and there’s definitely a difference in brightness. The connectivity was easy and I had no issues, and the colors look great and fun. I definitely love having color changing lights in my room. I will say that I have noticed these bulbs do produce a significant amount of heat, but it’s no different than the other bulb from Govee I’ve had for years and never had a problem with it before. Definitely recommend!

The light bulbs are easy to install and connect in the app. But the app is very finicky, every time I turn my lights on it is a completely different colour than what I set in the app, and when I go ahead and change it in the app, sometimes it just won’t change, and I would have to restart the app.The light bulbs though, I have no complaints. It was easy to install and it is very bright—it lights up my entire room easily. There are many different colours you can set it to and it is very easy to do so.
